Service needs some improvement. Tuk tuk arrival time is too late.

1. There is no need to enter same data everytime. It must be stored. 2. Almost 40 mins process everytime u request for tuk tuk..

This app have to much expensive rides on auto ... this is not good for daily travellers

Very nice affordable service for landlocked people with no means of getting to public transport. We use it as a second car. Customer service is wonderful and response time is quick. App is light weight simple and to the point which is great. app could use a place to add pickup time also though

Why would one use this when there rates are equal to Uber and careem. And with no comfort

I found it way too expensive as far as the competition between ride hailing services is concerned. Secondly tried to get details of their monthly package and when complained about high rates their behavior became so pathetic instead of giving some reason like we are safe sir or our drivers are good etc. Thirdly, if you try to suggest them or mention some negative point so that they could do better in future, they will delete your comment and block you from facebook page. Such a pathetic tactics. "From a user, who have used more ride hailing services than you have got request of."

Dont you think this app is a little bit outdated? Recently lahore bus routes were changed. Now there are no more B's and all that

App crashed on my first ever search after showing the location in drop-down list. A large number of people use chingchi rikshaw in big cities for short as well as long routes. There is still no app to share that data. Most of the projects developed by students are brilliant but there is no further plan to run them in future.

What's the point of an app when all it does is data entry? Users have no feedback over when the rickshaw is arriving or if there is one coming at the first place! Learn from uber and Careem and bring your app upto the standard. I've been told that rickshaws have trackers for safety etc, it's time you start using the data to provide user feedback.

Being a visitor to Lahore & also not having used a similar service in Pakistan before, I was a bit sceptical. But they proved me wrong with their prompt response. Within 2 mins of placing ride request on the app, I received a call to re-confirm my address. Five minutes later received SMS that driver was on his way & another 10 mins later another SMS informed me that the driver was waiting outside my guest house. Good job guys, keep it up!

I couldn't understand what this app is for, is it a rickshaw app? Uber or careem is better than this. You are charging 150 Rs. For only 7 kms which is equal in the cost of uber or careem car and with no comfort. Google should check the app like these whether the app deserve to be on store or not.

However, app should provide the functionality of storing ones regular location or destination. It would also be nice if the contact numbers are given in the app interface. Apart from this, travly calls on time and the rickshaw arrives on time!

somebody TOLD ME ABOUT THIS RIKSHAW SERVICE, I BOOKED IN ADVANCE ,,AFTER 3 HOURS WHEN I CAME OUT OF MY SCHOOL FOR RIKSHAW I RECIVED A MESSAGE NO DRIVER AVILBLE SORRY, SUCH AN UNRELIABLE THIRD CLASS SERVICE, MY 1ST VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ,THIS TRAVLY SERVICE IS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE IN CASE OF EMERGANCY ,NARGIS KHAN LAHORE

Not so keen on the app because the service is really bad. The guy promised me a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes, and the rickshaw came after 50 minutes.

after 45 min the company informed me that no tuk tuk is available... they have wasted my precious time

Rikshaw arrived 30 minutes late and service was reallly bad
