They never stated in their FAQ's that you have to have a min. Pawning amount of 15k to be able proceed. what if you only need the money for a short period of time. And it just happen that you have no option but to pawn. Don't send ticket that have the amount lower than 15k, tell them already you need 15k before we can loan you! Gosh! No hidden what so ever daw eh misleading kayo! Don't give false hope to those people that deeply need money! Paki linaw din FAQ nio! Kulang kulang! CS line Sucks! Took 5 mins.

The app doesn't even work. You put all the description and all that stuff but when you proceed in submitting the request it doesn't even go through. Same goes in your website. Every thing is fucked up.

Whatever the comments were saying are TRUE. Whenever I try to enter the brand model of the tab I'm about to pawn. It's not doing anything. And yes I have tried turning all the permissions ON. Fix your app.

I put my gmail on the email address field but when I am submitting my pawn it shows that i should put a valid email address. Why is that?

IVs had to pawn my watch worth 1500 all is finishthen they send me pawn ticket but txted me the following day said they have minimum of 15k to be able for them to pick up my item so disappointing as I expected to get the cash I will be needing nevertheless they apologize I will try second time around and see how it will do hoping I can reach that amount

I had experienced some issues but the manager assisted me until I get my funds. She also listened to all my concerns. All my request were granted which is why I've changed my rating from one to four stars. Thanks Ms. Kat!

The idea is good but the app is a crap don waste your data to download this app. Everytime you try to write into the field of dloan duration the app will close no way to loan something

This is my first time pawning an item. And its a genuine Lenovo S90. You guys picked it up the next day for appraisal and i was advised i'll get results the same day it was delivered to your warehouse. But i got the response 2 days after. I'm pawning it because my daughter is in the hospital and i need the money for emergency. Then you're telling me it cant be pawned??? you should've advised me before you picked it up that you're not accepting items like mine. I could've looked for other options.
