Yellow Cab App

I read the reviews and thought I'd still install it since I have had no issues with them when we either dine in or have it delivered at the office. First time to use it -- the app says the order has been received, being prepared and on it's way. Waited for an hour and then decided to follow up. I was surprised to know that the order hasn't even been RECEIVED yet by any store. I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone only to be transferred and then the waiting time is for 3 hours. So that's a total of 4 hours waiting for my order. Please improve on the app and make sure it is synced with the services you offer. Uninstalling this now.

Yesterday night I waited for 2 hours for yellow cab's delivery and it never came even though in the order tracker it says "on its way"... And today I set an order at 6:20pm but came at 4:30pm. Another thing in your app, the transaction history would indicate 'paid' even though my order never actually came! Your service is very bad and clunky! Definitely 1 star!

i didn't expect much because it is new year's eve, prolly so many customers ordering pizza. but my order came on time, read: exact time that i put on the order. the app is easy to use. good job!

Doesn't seem to be connected to your data servers because I can't log in using my email address when I'm perfectly able to use my login details on your website. What a drag. So much for the free ice cream. Maybe make sure your app is working before you advertise it, lol.

Always invalid address, worked fine until upgrade. Most likely can't handle the orders with the app so they purposely made it un usable. Google play please remove. Will be reporting

Inwas having problem connecting thru their hotline so i decided to use this app. 5 minutes after i placed my order the branch called me and confirmed my order. Good job and keep.it up

Hi. Ive successfully used the app but encounter glitches. Maybe before letting the user order, redirect us on the forms we should fill out like the address, and the contact number. :)

The app is saying minimum purchase of Php500 but the store (SM Dasmariñas) who processed my order is asking me to purchase a minimum of Php1000 for them to deliver in my place. This app is not accurate.

mobile app says its on its way but yellowcab rep called after 30mins and informed me they just received the order from the mobile app. as always they reason out "system enhancement" i dont even know when will that enhancement will end.. had to use it coz i dont have a lineline and this app sucks. got no choice but to wait another 30-45mins for the order to be delivered and you know how bad tempered one can get when theyre starving...

This app is useless! I filled in all pertinent info but it always indicate "Invalid Address".

I had downloaded this app specifically to avail of their free ice cream for PhP 500 purchase. Monday, I had the coupon. But on Wednesday, when I already wanted to use it, the app crashed and my coupon is nowhere to be found. We were already at the store and not even the personnel could assist us. Such a waste of effort to download if it can't even deliver what it has promised.

Your app is not recognizing my log-in details. This is not the first time I would need to log-in thru a Web browser just to order online. It's pointless to have this app in my phone.

I dont get it. There is already a slot for the delivery address. Why is there a need for another box for "choose your address" which doesnt even work.

My first time to try and order using this app and I was amazed how quick the service I got from YC! I chose from the menu the one that has a promo and got my free ice cream delivered and on time. Kudos guys! Sorry my review is a bit late. Will order again soon. Thanks.

Works without problems for me on android or iOS, if they can add "push notifications" to "order tracker" it would be perfect without having to press the refresh button every time to get an update on order tracker. Also add more coupons to the coupons section, seeing it empty is depressing and why aren't promotional food's added to the app based on geolocation?! That's a shame, please add them.

I was about to make an order today but upon check out it keeps on asking to input a valid address. I have used this app twice it used to be ok but after the update it just doesn't work anymore. Pls fix it you are losing clients due to this issue.

App used to work fine before but when I tried to use it now, it tells me to put a valid address. Just like all the other review says. Please fix this, you are losing customers.

Your order tracker incorrectly told me the delivery is on its way only to have the branch call minutes later to tell me they just received the order and will only begin preparing it. The tracker should be based on actual feedback from branch but I suspect it is just using an internal timer.

I was in a rush and ordered for pick up through the app. The app messaged me that my order was ready but when I arrived they had not even started making it. Useless piece of junk.

Worse delivery app ever. It says order is being delivered when the store doesn't even have the order. It is just some timed bullshit that isnt truly connected to the store

Spent about 1 hour setting up account and address only to be told invalid address!

I was able to input my address, but after finalizing my order it is saying that my address is not valid. Sayang!

Why would the payment/order be confirmed yet afterward will be called and informed that the order min was not met (600+ bill, min requirement was 1k).
