Ok naman siya, di lang nagsend ng confirmation and there is no way to trace your delivery. Dumating yung delivery ko but I was clueless kung na process ba or hindi. Sana mas convenient pa yung app. Mas ok yung online compared sa app.

The app is easy to use but the confirmation message did not arrive. I had to call the delivery number to make sure that my order went through. I hope that it will be improved in the future.

hope theres a space where i can key in my special request and also the thing for pwd/senior to enter their id details. other than than the app works fine.

Updated review: I like it less.1) the app doesn't provide order status info; 2) menu pics still take too long to load 3) takes too long to load/open 4) items have no prices until you add them to the cart

It's easy to use. Just wondering if its just my app that is not yet updated or there's really no cheese burger meal in the menu?

do not trust this app they will cancel it if they dont feel sending you your order.. trust me.. and will keep you waiting for nothing...

Sooo slow. In delivery sesh the price is different from the app to actual.

It works way better than ordering online. Customers just need to be careful when making changes or editing their orders. Double checking should be needed

Sana there's a menu where we could see if our order was processed or not. Kasi minsan walang confirmation message or nalalate kaya di namin alam kung naprocess ba or hindi ung order.

They forgot my Large PJ and also include to put some ketchups. Delivered within an hour, the fries was lapsed already.

very unfriendly user app and not updated of new mcdonald products. the food i'd like to order cannot be found in food menu in the app. please update your app. And it is asking a lot of repetitive information. I have to fill a lot of informatio before I can proceed with the checkout of my order. It is very slow too and will not show the price until you checkout so I needed to always check my cart back and the menu back and forth just to check the price. I like Mcdonald's but the Philippine version of the app really sucks!

It would be good if birthday celebrations can be customized and arranged for online as well. Credit card payment option should also be made available.

Second time to order using the app, unlike sa online mas mabilis sa app, kasi pag sa online nag order tatawagan pa to confirm ung order then tapos merong walang available sa order mo, never ko pa naranasan ang pag cancel ng order ko, for those who are complaining about the cancelled order just call the customer service. 3stars for now I will rate it again someday

Easy to use this apps will wait the delivery if he can take here at my place thanks McDonald's... Yan n nga first time ko mgorder now lng nov.18 2017 around 9pm after waiting of 30mins more than no delivery available. Before confirming my order in the first place sana sinabi na walang magcater ng order ko... Excited pa naman ako kaso nawala na dahil s hungry na kami jolibee n lng s tapat namin... Gigil ako eh s kakaantay den tatawag walang delivery available ...????????????

Easy to use. Still, there are room for improvement. Please minimize the additional orders/dessert suggestion pop-ups.

In contrast to some, I actually love this app. Since I live at a mountainous area, which is somewhat far from the city, other fast food chains rarely do delivery here. I'm just so thankful that I can order using this app as well as receive my order without any hassle. ????

I try to load mcdelivery and it is stuck on "updating app". Do I need to reinstall?

AFTER THE UPDATE. APP IS NOT RESPONDING. SLOWDING. MAS MABILIS PA KUNG SA WEBSITE MISMO USELESS APP.

The app itself is quite useful but they need to improve the time it takes to confirm the order. It would only take atleast 5 to 8 minutes if you call on land line while ordering here sometimes takes 30.

After 30 minutes of placing the order online, i received a confirmation that the order aould be delivered within 30 minutes. And it's been more than an hour since I received the confirmation text and I haven't received the order yet. I am really frustrated. With jollibee, you'll be receiving the order within 30 minutes of placing the order online.

In my ordering I said change for 500 the delivery man said his reciept said exact change. He even forgot to give me my pineapple juices. I think i'll just order thru food panda

I love this app :-) Just a little improvement, can you include the price of the item(s) for easier reference? The price is only reflected once the item has been added on the cart. Other than this, everything is working perfectly.

It should already require address and phone number when signing up as it delays completing order where yoi will be asked to add it first

the app should tell the first time user what to fill in before allowing them to order. ang hassle ng pabalik-balik from settinfs to order screen.

I like it :) Mcdonald's app makes ordering simple. It would be good if it can send a text or an email to confirm order details. As an improvement, maybe a dialogue box to include coupons and discounts.

Please paayos naman ng system, delay na natanggap order ko,. 3pm ako nagorder, 4 pm na naconfirm. Almost 6pm na ata dadating order ko.

This is a scam. First, the prices are not displayed outright. Second, aside from the delivery charge, the prices of their items are higher compared to when you walk in.

Don't always receive an sms that they got my order so end up calling wc defeats the purpose . Also if you want to order a Happy Meal you have to call as meal choices under that tab are no longer available unlike before.

App has many bugs.. some tabs not responding.accordingly please fix.. And please include credit xard payment into payment option

I tried this 2 times and it was great sometimes it's just confusing cause the confirmation message is SUPER late so you don't know if they get your order or not

Within 30mins we anticipate the order and it is coming on time. Very reliable especially when we at home are too tired to cook.

I believe this can still. Be improved in terms of user experience. Upon checkout for first time users. After you've added all delicery details. It will suddenly prompt you to get out and go back to your profile just to add a number. Then once you've added a number, you go back to checkout and add delivery details again, it will then say again to go back to your profile and add delivery details. Wow... Sad day for first time users. I guess once you've added all of this and gone through the initiation then you can now start to use the app easily...

Its so complicated. I don't like the way how it is navigated. Plus, wala silang katulad sa Jollibee na may discount tab for Senior Citizen and PWD. Nakakaasar lang. Sige lets say lalagay sa remarks but how can I be sure na didiscountan nila yung total amount once I receive the order? Please improve your app. Hindi sya maganda promise.

Your agent is so slow in taking orders and getting info's. It took us over 20 minutes of call only to know that they can't send the delivery.
