Dragonpay Mobile App

I have a lot of options to pay for my bills but, I choose dragonpay because of my getgo rebates. I've been using this numerous times but, none of my points from my payments has been credited to my getgo account. Fix this otherwise will take necessary actions about this, will post something on media and encourage everyone not to use your service. Meanwhile, I will not be using your service until this has been finally resolved. Did I mention that they have stupid customer service as well? 2.1 rating!

I bought something in Metrodeal and choose to pay via dragon pay. At first i was nervous about its credibility because of all the negative reviews but I tried and pay top up to have a credit . I paid an exact amount of cash needed for my payment. And within the day i received the credit and was able to buy something in metrodeal. Without a minute , metrodeal received the payment and gave me the voucher i bought. It is super fast if you follow the steps.

THE APP ALWAYS CRASHES, I CAN'T EVEN VIEW MY PROFILE. ALSO, I ALREADY PAID FOR 200 PESOS TOP UP BUT UPON CHECKING, I STILL HAVE 0 CREDIT AMOUNT. PLEASE FIX THIS. ASAP!!!

it works on android jelly bean, can't see the Pay on lollipop, and dont work and always crashes on my andriod 6.0 M.... pls fix.... i really like this app... use it on buying on line, i will rate 5star if you can fix it....

Using android MM. And the app is crashing. Sh!tty app. Was able to use it with old phone but not on my new phone.

Worst app ever. Can't even use this app for payment or whatsover purposes it offers. Better remove this app in Play Store, really a trash. Will never recommend to install this app.

I topped up 200php worth of money using gcash. My gcash confirmed that I succefully send money to dragon pay but it didn't reflect on ny credit!!!!!

How would you use an app that won't let you login. Had reinstalled a lot of times .. i even changed my password but still, i can't login..

one of the worst app in google play it keeps on stopping at my profile . DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR PUT MONEY ON IT . TO the developer of this app please fix it because this app involves money. NO STAR AT ALL

Credits doesnt show the right amount. It only comes out in a few seconds when I go tonthe.menu. PROFILE option doesnt work. App stops. Fix pls. I have a substantial amount in my account and cant use it.

Been trying to log in but the app says that the user is not active. The maintenance of this app is very poor. Not helpful at all. To the developer and management of Dragonpay, please fix this.

Ive been using dragon pay for my akulaku payment but when they had system issue, the refund hasnt been processed yet..

UPDATE: Money is involve with this app. See the ratings? Do not download this. People actually lose money because it is not working.

Varification of funding an account take long time and also the app not responding well everytime i touch the profile it closes...please fix...

Its exactly 24hrs since i tried signing up. Still no email verification. I checked all folders in my email. I tried signing up again and it says email already used.

Vary hassle transaction, not recommended..

this is some poorly designed app. It's worthless cause the top up button is at the very bottom and cannot be clicked.

Log in with facebook doesn't appeared on the log in page! Please fix this asap.

No forgot password method , and no option for adding attachment on gallery you may take again your slip to attach .. Very bad

I too, am playing AQWorlds and pay using DragonPay for over-the-counter pay in Cebuana but da heck... How to top-up these prepaid ;-;

I miss those days where we can just go to bayad center and pay there. As a foreigner student who doesn't have any bank account. Ive been using dragon pay for Adventure Quest game and Smite. Please do bring it back

There's really no way you can able to top up in the app.

The main reason I downloaded this app was for hassle-free payments. With the Top-Up button gone, this app is just useless.

Pano ba mag top up na prepaid load ung gamit? Sabi sa website neto pwede daw yun, pero wala sa options dito sa app.

Sana pwede mag top up using Paypal or Credit Card
