Good morning! This is the 3rd day of my inquiry by txting, email and facebook message. Unfortunately, no response from your team since Friday. I already checked the app installed in my phone but it would still indicate " there was problem sending your loan". Please provide feedback. I am worried that the loan might be credited under my name without even receivng the said amount.

I appreciate that you approved me just in a short time and was happy because I thought I can loan right away for the first time because I really need a money today but suddenly I am not able to loan. I think there is something wrong in your confirm button in the pop-up, it would be much appreciated if you could with it out and will update the star review once you helped me out today..

Hello. I'd like to ask about my pending loan. I'm on my second renewal and I'm confident that I'm a good payer. It says on the app that there was a problem processing my loan and that you were unable to send the money to my bank acccount. I was trying to send a message through email as what's shown on the app, however, it bounced back to me. Hope you can get in touch with me as soon as possible. I'm really nervous, fearing that you have all my personal details. Hope you can keep it privately to avoid identity theft. Thank you and hoping for your prompt response. :)

Nag log in ang friend ko sa phone using his tala account . D naba ako pwede makapag use kasi yung device ko conncted sakanya but i already uninstalled and i stalled again para maka log in. Pls help

This app is a savior. It gives me piece of mind in cases of financial emergency. This doesn't let me down coz I can definitely have a higher loan as I pay my previous loan.

I liked the app. But Im having difficulty renewing my loan.. its my 4th loan and 1st time to have an issue... i hope it get fix soon.

hi po got my first loan 1000php not bad pero just wanna confirm kasi po ieedit ko yung name ko at lalagyan ko ng (jr.) kasi upon sign up di ka pwede maglagay ng jr. sa name sabi sa padala center hindi daw pwede incomplete name sana magawan nyo ng paraan maedit yung name kasi hindi ko na daw pwede makuha sa susunod

I love this app/financing business. Though, it is really hard to look for customer service especially this is money matter.

It says my it was approve but I didn't receive any confirmation... I emailed your support system but no response.... And it stated that I got credit??? How am I supposed to pay for something g I didn't receive or claim?

App is good and fast on my 1st and 2nd try .It is my 3rd time today but got responded by app "unable to send money due to error " Message the Tala support already but nobody responded yet.

I requested them to change my phone number registered to my account and untul now no one is helping me

What happened to this app? I just repaid my loan too way early from its due date. And I now I can't reapply. It says that your services are being interrupted. Is it really the issue?

Kaka apply ko plang ng 2nd loan ko. Ok si Tala. Ung pag post lang ng payment ang matagal. Paid my 1st loan and it took a week before it was posted in the app. But ill still rate it 5 stars ????

It's been more than 30 days since I first applied and was denied but I'm still not eligible to reapply.

i applied today and approving loan for only 1000 too small but its okay. i wanna ask if ever i can paid as early before my due date can i applied for second loan? appreciated your response

I love this app. Whenever you need an urgent budget you can always rely on them. Just pay your dues ahead of time and complete their required info. So helpful. My 2nd transaction already. ????

I thought the "Is this you phone" question was for the alternate phone field. There could chances that others might also misunderstand.

Mabilis nga yung process ng pagkuha ng loan kaso naman kapag may inquiries ka, ung tala app nila sa send message button, di ka makakapag send. Lumalabas chat unavailable or check network connection eventhough mabilis wifi connection ko. May facebook page nga sila kaso naman di man lang magawang replyan ung message nila. I had a problem on my loan balance amounting to 15 pesos kaso nga lang di mabayaran since 20 pesos and above ang tinatanggap nilang payment. I am hoping na sana masolusyunan na yang issue nila.

Waited a month after my applying the I opened it to apply again and it's not working of there was a 0 on reviews I'd rate it -00000000000000000000 waste of time don't be dupe ruth fakd possitive reviews.

kapag nagkaproblema ka sa loan, malabo ka makakuha ng support. ang fb messenger di sumasagot, gabon din sa email, deactivated din ang chat box ng app. pangatlong araw ng nagmemessage ako sa kanila, wala pa ding sagot. aanhin natin ang madaling mag release ng loan kung wala namang support galing sa kanila kung magka problema?
