Smart Roamer

I downloaded this app since the smart promoter at the airport said it works for TnT. It doesnt. Wasred money on false information. My mom bought a new smart sim at the airport and the smart promoters downloaded and set up the app on her phone, very kind of them, but it doesnt work. She cant send msgs nor use her free 1gb data. So thank you Smart.

I tried to use this app for two months for texting even I was disappointed in the first month but the same thing happened in my last two months. They always took some of my balance away every end of the month. Uninstall will be the answer. Sorry.

Not stated explicitly in app info that data connection needed to work. If the person you are trying to reach in the Philippines has a smartpjone, much better for you to communicate via other free messaging apps. The only reason I can imagine using this app is when the person on the other line is a non-smartphone user.

It's not what i expected.... top up... buy a bucket of load when using it to call philippines at the same time the balance from my account also deducted.... its terrible app.... very cunning too lost 600psos.... while the 100 minutes i bought not yet consume.... soooo.... disappointd w/ this app.....

I already installed it but the problem was it taking my money without contacting the person you gonna call. Now I purchase a bucket of 300 for 100 minutes and it doest work, when I call it always says insufficient balance and it taken my minutes slowly by slowly I couldn't make a voice call. My minutes was down to 85 minutes but I haven't talk my mom yet. Could you bring back my money because I'm not going to use this rubbish app any more.

I still have 75 minutes left for calling but for whatever reason, I cannot seem to get through to anyone in my contacts list. Should have listened to the reviews.

bad services..... nag buy ako ng bucket 300sms pero not working.... no balance na daw sayang lang 300load ko....

Can anyone in the SMART Communication fix this APP how can you promote this when it is horrible!! I already sent a feedback about the issue in the contact us portion and yet there's no reply.

The app is now working just very fine unlike the past weeks where I can't convert my regular smart load to roamer. I was also able to call and send SMS to the Philippines easily. I'm extremely satisfied with smart roamer now. For that I'm giving it 5-stars.

This app doesn't allow me NOW to convert my regular load to smart roamer buckets.. I spent too much for this app. Now this became useless! Kuwait location.. Was able, now it's useless and fraud.

There's no option to logout, if you wanna buy load and u try it once then cancelled it they never cancel it once you try it again they add it up together. Examples at the beginning I wanna buy P200.00 then I can cancel it and I wanna do another transaction when I wanna pay it. It turns to P400.00. Be careful because your Paypal account is always log in... they are so madaya!!!

Another fraud from a Philippine telco. It doesn't work at all. Plus their surf abroad that doesn't load. A complicated network even a replacement Sim is difficult to obtain with different coding or series. Really a third world telco

This app is the worst it tells me to turn on data as i wont be charged with it but it does. and the bucket tab dont work so your being charged 5 pesos a text! Ninakawan lang ako ng load

I wasted my money and time this application of Smart Philippines. Warning!! Don't try this Application a legal scam!!!!

Nasa kalagitnaan ka ng pakikipagkwentuhan with your family sa pinas tapos biglang mag sstop yung app kahit updated naman sya. Paki fix po sayang kasi yung load.

I still had 97 mins in my bucket and it does not allow me to make calls because of insufficient load. And every time I tried calling, it deducts 1 min from my bucket. Now, it's down to 89 mins without being able to make a call. I tried restarting the app, cleared cache and data, restarting my phone. Nothing worked. So I guess, this app isn't working. If you want to waste your money and time, please install and use this app.

khit may remaining minutes ako sa bundle.nakakatawag pero pag sinagot nakacut tpos ssbhin insufficient load.sayang lang load ko.naabutan ng expiration d ko man lang nagamit remaining minutes ko.

thois app steal all my regular credit kagit pa naka bundle ako hindi kinakaltas sa bundle ko ung mga tawag ko sa smart at tnt numbers sa pinas. I called their Csr but nothing happens!! Mga magnanakaw!!!
