Constant disconnections. Very slow ul/dl speeds. Can't even connect to lte. Good job smart. Tried calling customer service, got transferred, put on hold for a long time, call eventually disconnected, and still no improvement on my internet for it. Globe is better guys. Switch now.

Nakakainis first time kung gumamit ng smart pero ganto pa ma experience ko. ang nakalagay sa manual d.l lang to ma cocontrol muna ung account langya ni hnd gumagana.!!! ayun kahet naka register ako sa mga offers nyo kinakain pa din ang load ko?!!!!!!!!!?

For those who are experiencing "no internet connection" just relaunch the app or scroll down to refresh. Works fine for me. Also, connection wise, its okay. Laging tandaan. Ito ay broadband. Hindi DSL. Reliable naman when you need to check your emails or watch youtube. Hindi lang sha advisble na gamitin while youre on a moving vehicle. Pero like I said, its reliable. Better than nothing. Poof!

Nag-avail ako ng postpaid pocket wifi nyo and yes NAGBAYAD AKO!! pero magdodownload ako ng app nyo para ma-monitor ko usage ko pero panay NO INTERNET!!! Di lang yan ha.. pansin ko walang pumapansin sa mga reklamo n mga nag-download ng app.. Di man lang ma-replyan kung aayusin or maaayos pa ba to.. ganyan kayo pera namin habol nyo!! magsi-sagot kayo kung SMART nga talaga kayo!!

Super crappy internet speed. At most places where I usually go to, (makati, ortigas, pasig) I get an average of 0.10-0.40 mbps. It's so slow, even facebook lite's taking forever to load! Switching back to g***e. I'd rather have the cap, than to have unli internet that is ridiculously close to none! Uninstalling.

Bulok ang smart, walang kwenta, patapon, mga sakim sa pera, sana mapatupad ung mas mahal na multa sa ganyang net, I dedemanda ko kayo lagi. Ping nyo laging 5k tapos speed nyo ilan? 5-10kbps? Tapos ang malupet pa anlakas ng signal nyo pero yan speed nyo? Daig pa kayo ng globe 2-3bars signal.nakakastream e kayo ano? Bulok di dapat smart name nyo di wise piliin net nyo BULOK

Would've been helpful, if it was able to detect the pocket wifi properly. I'm connected to the internet on my pocket wifi and am able to surf but the app keeps saying that I am not, so I can't check my load or subscribe to any promos. Otherwise, the easy access to the data promos would've been convenient.

I clearly have an internet connection but the app is too much of a failure to notice. Or does it only work when you use a Mobile Data bundle?

First, this network will not allow you to use apps such as Facebook unless you're a Smart subscriber as well. Kinda unfair huh! Since my Facebook is not working, I downloaded this app because of what it said about accessing Facebook and Twitter. I thought it will solve my problem but unfortunately, it did the opposite. Whenever I'm about to choose an app, it keeps on informing me that it stopped! Can someone tell me what's the use of having an unlimited access with a wifi gadget when its not doing so?!

Ngdownload ako ng REAL RACING 3 sa playstore na 1.3gb ang total, gamit ko ang unlisurf 85 tang ina ma- expire n ung load hnd pa dn tapos sa sobrang bagal at laging walang internet connection.. Malakas p free fb ng globe..!!
