just a big scam from Smart Communication! buckets has been deducted even the calls are unsuccessful. waste of time, effort and money! not recommended to use as VOIP. USELESS!

Pls dont tell people all the time about the apn settings everytime they ask u becoz its not working at all..improve nyo ung system nyo instead of telling them all the time d same crap.im very dissapointed about d app bcoz for 4 straight months ngamit k ng maayos then aftr new year of 2017 hnd kn magamit until now..wla ng data lumalabas,i have to use internet pra lng mgamit ung remaining load ko..may be u can improve ur system by using this app without the need of mobile data and use it normal n parang nsa pilipinas k lng.if u can do it this way mas madami mtutuwa at tatangkilik s product nyo..wag kau puro kabig,mgandang sevice nmn ibigay nyo..thanks

bkit hinde nagana ito sa cp ko galaxy j7 prime. naka install na to sking cp pero pag ii open ko eh, laging unfortunately all abroad stopped, kaya ndie ko mabuksan.. ganun din sa smart roamer.. pakitulungan naman salamat sa concern. na reinstall ko na tas install ulit.. gnun prin.

Bought an all abroad load card for my all abroad sim.. registered the sim and followed the instructions to load it but in the end the message prompts that marino all abroad is not available in this network.. it makes me manually choose a network to load my sim but then all choices says invalid choice try again.. i tried to have this loaded before I left but smart costumer service says i can only be loaded it when Im abroad.. so now Im here but it does not work.

Unable to text. I topped up with 500 pesos load at naia airport and when i got to australia i converted 200 pesos load to use with the app. But it wont allow me to send a message but the 200 pesos that o converted was deducted from my balance. Toaming and mobile data were already on. Where did the 200 pesos go? I wish smart maintained the old marino sims. This app doesn't work!

I dont have cignal since February 16. i dont know why. Spain, Portugal, Morocco wala tlga. last message received feb 16 till now no cignal. i notice mag expire load ko by feb 16. tpz nun ala na cignal. very dis appointed user here.

Bakit ayaw lumabas ang bucket registration... palaging lumalabas na error page. Hindi ako tuloy maka bili ng bucket promo, at paano nga pala ma check ang balance ng bucket na na register mo na. Salamat sa tulong smart.

Im here at south korea. Ive on my data roaming and i cant pick up any mobile data, i cant use the all abroad up, i cant txt or call. Im connected with partner network olleh, signal is good but no mobile data. Pls. Advice me about the problem.

bakit hndi maiload ung smart marino pin? bumili kami bnentahan ako ng marino 300 yung lumang instruction ang nakalagay. ayaw gumana sa marino all abroad. sinubukan namin ung oagloload ng all abroad ayaw din. bkit ganon. magkaiba ba ang load ng marino at all abroad. ainasayang nyo pera ng ofw. magkano pa ung bnili namin. hndi na dw pwede ibalik kasi nascratch na. ano ba yan!!!!!

Pwedi po bang gamitin ang regular sim na gamit namin ngayon? If not hopefully pwedi n someday kasi sayang din ung sim na gamit namin na matagal ko ng ginagamit.. This apps is very useful to us..

Why i cannot send a text message with my marino they told me when i bought just to open my cellular data.but its not working i need to have a wifi connection before i can send an sms.not like befor i can send directly with my marino by typing *133*cp#.but now its very hard to send sms.why?and please i want to know the rates here in carribean before i register my number.ty vrymuch. I bought a new sim and registered it in the app. But i cant seem to load it with the top up card i bought. Tried following the instructions but still didnt worked. It just says "insufficient balance"

so disappointing.. we did everything to fix the multiple issues we're having using this app that keeps on freezing, didn't even allow me to open the app completely.. (pati mga kasama q sa work same issues din) installed and uninstalled multiple times.. tpos ung card na all marino abroad hindi din maiload? i followed all the trouble shooting steps.. wala padin.. i selected the smart roaming partner sa bansa na andun aq.. mobile data and data roaming is on.. ilang times nadin aq nakisuyo sa relative q tumawag sa smart customer service *777 pra sa marino sim and roaming ang # na yan.. my signal din ang cp q.. power cycled ndin aq ng cp q ulit ulit nlng.. so anong mali sa procedure na ginagawa q? sayang lang effort sa app na ito at perang pinambili sa load.. kumikita kau samin but we cant even use the service completely lalo na ung load! such a waste of time and money..

Keeps on changing the rate per minute. I loaded a big amount just to know they cancelled they removed the buckets and the call is back to normal rate. When will smart be as good as Globe who has the Globe Canada Duo which lets you call Phils from Canada unlimited with a flat rate of just $11 per month?

Naka on na ang mobile data at mobile data roaming pero wala pa rin silbi hindi makasend ng text kailangan may wifi data ka.sayang 500 load ko dito.mga seaman iwasan nyo muna itong marino all abroad

I've loaded the 100 load card marino all abroad, and a message says it is now been credited, but on the main app I can't even continue or even start the call or even text a single message. Please fix before I change the review thanks.

at first it is working well, i can load my top uo but now it i cannot load my top up, it say to wait for the confirmstion sms but i tried so many times and yet there is no confirmation

Nag install nako ng app then nung mag load na ako ng Marino all aboard ayaw gumana at hindi ako maka load.. Pahirapan naman ang sim nato mas mabuti pa ung marino textmate

Goodpm, ayaw po gumana nang internet connection, na re install ko na po ung app ayaw pa din, pinili ko na po pinaka mlakas na signal dito sa neatherland ayaw pa din, naka on naman yung mobile data at data roaming ayaw pa din mag send ng texts. Pls help.

Bakit po di matangap ang mga text ko ng asawa ko sa pinas? Nakaregister nmn po ako nakaturn on naman po ang mobile data ko Pero nagagamit ko nmn siya pangtawag bakit gano po? Laht ng text ko sa pinas di nila matangap restart ko ang cp ko 5 times pero wala pa rin nabawas lng yung lod ko!
