Maybe this is my fault. I tried registering before, it took so long I thought it had hung. Apparently though, my account here got created. Now i couldnt log back into the system because I forgot. And there's no way for me to get the credentials. Or is there? Please let me know. Do I have to go to my bank to have this fixed?

Used to love this App, unfortunately I've been receiving the same prompt message "Your request cannot be processed as of this time. Please try again later. Thank you" I wasn't able to access my account the whole day.

I can not log in before christmas until today. Because I can not complete my username. Just on this app, but different app same username no problem. But called ps bank customer service and they fix it and after few mins, psbank customer service called again to check my issue. =) thank you

I liked it at first. Easy and fast. Now i cant even log in. Had to uninstall and reinstalled 5x! Yet i cant log in anymore. Always tellin me connection timed out. No internet. U kidding me psb?! Why im streaming vid in youtube flawlessly in same device if i dont have the freakin internet?! What the heck is wrong with ur app?! This been happening days in a row now!! Fix it!

I hate the latest version. It is not loading the account/transaction history and would exit after the black screen. It was never like this before. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doing the same.

The app works best for me. There were some minor glitches that happened in the past via the app, but the bank's customer service came to my rescue, problem solved. They're one of the best!!

Few months ago this apps work so well. However, now Im encountering some troubles using it. OTP was late to recieve when doing transaction and if the OTP was recieved, the will notify that your payment or transfer funds cannot process at this time.

So far so good. Just a suggestion: Please provide a second verification screen prior to bills payment or fund transfers. Missing one digit is a frightening possibility.

Speed has improved...Interbank transfer fee is very expensive. I don't recommend to use this app for interbank transfer since the bank charges 150 pesos per transfer, which is 600% higher than the normal Bancnet interbank transfer fee.

As a.rule its works fine. However, when I enrolled an additional accout it enrolled the account but i cant view it thru mobile but when i opened it on the pc the account was indeed enrolled... i think its a glitch with the software

I had my concern aires thru rating the app thru here, and promptly they contacted me to make sure everything will be taken cared of- it took another review to really move things along, but in spite of all that their team pulled through. Now i am able to use the app! Magnificent customer handling PSBANK Support Team!

Good app. Now it ia easy to check my balance and reload my Touch Mobile. But I have 1 question how can I change the registered phone number? I want to change but I cannot find where to edit.

Unisntalled this app because absolutely nothing would load. Then I reinstall it and I can't log in. Weak/No internet/wrong credentials are what I get when I try to log in. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? I've downloaded this app twice today proving my net is fine and the credentials I used are the same ones I've been using the day before. Edit: Issue seems to have resolved itself for now. I just tried logging in and logging out after customer service called(though the call cut off due to poor signal) and the attempts to log in have been successful

This bank mobile app defeats the purpose of making things easier. Instead of a stress-free and hassle-free transaction, I got so frustrated activating my account. It always keeps saying to try again next time but even if you try it a hundred or thousands times, it just won't activate. I don't understand why it is so complicated unlike other mobile apps of other banks which are straightforward, easy and user friendly. I already talked to about 7-10 agents regarding this concern but they seem to not know what to do. Really disappointed.

Hi i would like to raise two issues, currently I'm using psbank mobile app to manage my savings account and just recently added my auto loan account. Every time i would log in there is a prompt saying that i cannot view my auto loan account and that i have to call psbank customer care thoug it's there and viewable. But because of this prompt i'm not quite sure if my auto loan account is updated or what. Second in parallel to my mobile app i'm also accessing the website, there is a bug on viewing the transaction history, the search on Year from-to isn't working right, initially it would show 2 pages, but whenever i would click the 2nd page or next page it will not load anything. Hope you could fix this.

This app supposed to make transaction faster, not going to the bank doing your business using phone, took me 3days waiting for the money to be transfrd, btw debiting your acct for 150php transaction was really good really fast.. good luck..

I cannot see my account details, the Account module is blank. I tried to re-enrol the account, but the application says "Account already enrolled." I could see my account details on the PSBank website, but this mobile application is totally useless! Very frustrating indeed!

I cant even log in to this app. I got my new card yesterday, downloaded the app, got multiple error messages that they are unable to process the request and try again later. Everytime i try to log in, it says i must activate the online acct first. I put in the activation code which they send me and the error message. It is frustrating. I called cust svc this afternoon, we got nowhere. I sent an email to them and got a cut and paste type of response. Nothing is being done.
