What a disappointment. A duopolistic company who rakes up ton of money from consumers cannot even bother to make a quality application. I have verified my account but it always gives me the 'Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.' message. Are you kidding me? Are you guys even seeing this app's ratings? Get a grip!
Does not display ACCURATE info. I called the GLOBE hotline, they data consumption reflected on their system said 45GB consumed out of 60GB. But the app said 0GB consumed out of 0GB. TOTALLY USELESS!!! And to think I have been a LOYAL customer since 2014. GLOBE also charged me 9k+, they say it's a system error... They have not fixed it as well. It has been 9 business days
On first day it was showing data and data consumed. Now its not showing, only showing "unlimited data." Globe, how can I monitor kung mauubos na ung data allowance. Baka mabwisit nanmn aq sa 256 kbps na speed nyo kpg ubos na ung data. Tapos sasabihin nyo control ung usage. Pano nga un kung hndi nmn mamonitor. Haist!
Displays usage but not accurate. I got volume boost of 50GB. When I checked the app it showed 41.5GB left but when I called the globe hotline they said only 200MB has been consumed so far. I hope Globe can fix this. Its a potentially good app.
Graph is out of scale (at 50GB left out of 100GB, volume of liquid was at 25%). Availed Volume Boost should be a separate indicator for transparency and better tracking (indicate expiry/validity). I was informed by a friend that in-app subscription to Volume Boost does not work (you still need to call the hotline to ensure proper processing of Account Specialist). Payment does not reflect immediately and does not update the Total Amount Due in real-time.
Doesn't show how much data were consumed. It even won't let you change your profile picture! But thanks for the effort. This app is very much essential, specially when you consider the expensive and precious data that you offer. We might want to accurately monitor our data usage right?
It does not show what it is supposed to show according to the app description: 1. It does not show data usage 2. It does not show basic billing An absolute misrepresentation of what is in the app description. At the very least, Globe or whoever developed the app should have made the app description accurate to set a realistic user expectation.
If there's zero rating, I would definitely choose it. It's not sending me any code to my mobile # and email to verify my account. Very stupid app!!!!! As well as the Globe and it's dumb people!!
The point of this app is to monitor the user's data consumption and remaining data allowance. It doesn't show accurate reading. I applied for 50GB data boost, then all of a sudden overnight it's down to 24.2GB?! I mean, what the f**k? Anyway, to the developers of this app, don't launch an app that's not even going to help uplift your company's reputation. You're ruining everything, tbh.
Yep, useless nga. Can't even get pass through that add email address screen. Called globe hotline at pinag pipilitan nila na any email address will work.
Useless application. Can't view data usage. Globe must hire skilled software developers. Anong gamit nyo sa pag program ms-dos pa din ba?? Tsssskkk....
The only good thing here is the Due bill to pay, but the volume usage is almost useless. In my case, it says "0 GB" left but I have 150GB volume boost and 400GB from plan as per CSR. Still need to call CSR to get accurate info u need. Also, historial report would be helpful + daily refresh interval would be good. Also, this should allow 1 App account = multiple Globe accounts (LTE, Mobile plan, etc.). Take BDO app for example.
Globe remaining data allowance meter not working, best supposed feature is not working. Therefore i give this app 1-star
Other comments have pretty much said everything. The total data and data used or left are stuck here at 0 out of 150 GB despite subscribing for additional 50G :(
useless app.. still 0gb out of 0gb ..wtf.. how can we control and manage our usage?? we need it in realtime and accurate..calling in hotline 211 is also a hassle one.. u need to wait 30mins up just to speak with the csr.. we pay monthly fee internet but we dont enjoy it for a whole month. :(

It doesn't show data usage. It says "unlimited internet" and then the stupid bar. So far the bill gets it right.
inaccurate doesnt show exaxt data allowance left.. i just have added volume boost 50gb aftr they add it my allowance left was 43gb already even though im not yet using anything
To my surprise, I have NO DATA left on my allowance?.. Please fix this asap as no one wants high bills and would like to monitor my account from time to time. Thank you.
The app doesn't tell me the usage. it says Unlimited Internet when i have 300gb of volume.
Unable to proceed from Add email screen. It always says something went wrong despite repeated attempts over the course of several days. There is no option to skip.
The data usage is not accurate. We availed the volume boost and only half was credited to our account. Customer service on the other hand says that the full GB was credited.
unable to register. goes up to adding e-mail then gets error message ooppps somethig went wrong. been trying to register for a few days now.

Just purchased 1000gb data but I can't track our usage since it's not reflecting on the app making this less useful app...
This is useless! It shows that the total GBs I have is 150GBs even though my subscription is 500GBs.

It doesn't recognize my landline number. Trying to submit yet it says that it didn't find a match account.
Showing inaccurate data consumption. Not a good basis for tracking and monitoring data allocation.

Kinda nice Because finally I can see my bill without waiting for E-mail but i can't really Control my Account like upgrade my plan or change, you can only add more data when you end up consuming ur current data, not really a hardcore for managing your Globe at home but happy you're finally make this I been waiting for this.
Please include data consumed info and also the option to change the profile picture.

Good app. Hoping additional features can be added like the one for Gservices. But if youbjust want to keep track of your balance and CAP limit then this is perfect.

Can't even verify my account, i provided the correct information during my registration to the plan, i can't even recognize the email address that they registered on my account... Very poor service...
The remaining data allowance is not working. Please fix it immediately. Add more features like paying online, viewing, accessing past bill, download bill online. Thanks!

It works as advertised but it is too bare-bones. It could use a few features like: • Ability to view start date and end date of data usage • List of devices that have consumed data • Usage statistics (daily / weekly etc) If it had these I'd give it 5 stars and praise the Globe dev team.
