Would not migrate my passwords to my new phone and l have lost my passwords more than once

I've been using this app for about three years and I absolutely love it. Greatest app ever, a must have. Love the fact that I can share it between my phone and tablet. Gives me access to my data at anytime. It's worth paying for the premium version.

How do I trasfer from one phone to the other

Logged in today and I have lost all my passwords and it will not back up by email. If someone from technical support would like to contact me, I would appreciate it.

I can't believe what I'm seeing. Like me, people are letting you know that all their passwords have been lost. You're writing back sorry it's your fault that you didn't back it up!!! You had one job! The app is called password keeper not password loser. If we had done something to our phones that's one thing but this problem happen on your end. I also had the app on my tablet which was on and wasn't connected to the Internet. It had the same just installed look. Kindly get me my passwords or refund me.

I have not been able to sync my password data with my Dropbox as the sharing, back up or menu option is not supported with S7 Edge device. Plz help

I used this app for more than a year. I reset my phone and cannot restore my file from dropbox. I install on my tablet, the retrieving option isn't even showed up. I send an email to the support, NO ANSWER. Wow!!!

Not option to back up pw's anymore. YUCK!!!!

Bought the paid version just so that I could transfer my data via Dropbox but on my new device it's asking me to purchase again!

I logged in yesterday to find out that every last password was gone and no way to recovery them. That really made matters bad without a backup.

After resetting my phone to factory settings I attempted to reinstall my paid password app. All of my info was gone. From a 2 year old drop box file I attempted to open/unzip/restore but nothing is working! I have tried everything including emailing the developer. Very frustrated. Insane amount of energy to get my information.

This is a decent app for Andriod. I would like to see it be able to sort by account name or date. The PC app sucks, you can't change anything on the PC read only.

Went to look up a password and it looked like a new account. It was asking me for.my "master password" . Tried to log in and it said I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS!!!! You SUCK!! Don't get this app unless your looking for a useless app then look no further!!!! A refund would be nice but not expected.

Had a problem where somehow I deleted all of my passwords that I've been storing over the last year. I did have them backed up which I would suggest everyone back up their passwords to DropBox or somewhere else. I contacted support and they walked me through restoring my passwords on my phone via email.

I like this app because it not only stores my passwords but other codes too. The only problem I have is, that I got a new phone only to find out that yhe app was updated. I know the info is on my SD card but the updated version doesn't pull it up. It accepts my password with no problem. It's a real pain because I trusted the app too much and didn't write any of my info down. Now I have lost all the passwords and account no.s that are not only mine, but those to my dad's accounts. How can I retrieve them?

One day all is as it has been since I've had this app. Really came in handy. Today, I open it, it asks me for a master password, to reenter it, then asks a secret question...hmmm. seems odd, but I give an answer, and it wants an email to send reset password instructions to. I give it one, then I'm done. It opens to a screen telling me I have no accounts and to add some... WTF? Where the hell did all my passwords go?

Latest update causes password losses. You open a record, its there, go back into record, all data gone. Have to keep restoring from backup! ............. Support finally responded to the issues, and corrected them in one day! Not sure why they didnt respond quicker, but app seems like a different app, works fast and now properly on a note 2. Still needs an auto lock feature, doesnt lock till you exit program.

Bedt password app ever. Simple to restore! Never had an issue unlike a few others ive tired. Keep uo the good work.
