Very handy when working with a buyer or seller. Answers questions about the net or how much will the payment be.

This app is useful in generating both buyer and seller net sheets. They have even added some marketing material which can also be downloaded,saved as pdf or even sent to Evernote for viewing and saving. Most of the features are free and will do any agent just well. The paid version gives more options which is well worth the $4.99. Highly recommended for any agent on the run who needs a quick and accurate report. There is also a desktop version which can be downloaded from liberty titles main site. It does everything the android version does but with the convenience of desktop compatibility.
