Same game,, shows Mitch perez rep and he doesnt even work there. App always expires. Paid money for this stuff and every month it expires and you have to play games with the rep that doesnt return calls. Paid for this and now it won't work. Rep is BS. playing games...

Hi guys. Heard a lot of good things about your app but can't even try it because it forces close every time I get to the "county" section. I'm going to see if I can register online and just log into the app but it's an inconvenience and I hope you can address this. Thanks.

I can quickly send my clients an estimate so that the buyers questions are answered....great tool. My biggest complaint is that it has to be updated every time I use it!!!!

I really like this app however it has to up date all the time. I paid for something I should not have to play phone tag with a title company I don't wish to use. A title company that is hard to get on the phone. Very very frustrating!

Easy to use and like the accuracy if you need to change states for fees. You can also customize your settings. New features keep updating, like texting results. Great resource!

The 3.0 version has an improved interface from v2. Pro version jas Nov features however attempting to generate seller net sheets always crashes the app. So not useable for running sellers #s.
