I use this app almost daily for my clients. It's very comparable to many the lenders in my area, although I still make sure to have them check in with their lender and they come back to say just how close the numbers came back. Very reliable app and great to have in the field.

I believe there was an update and now every time I try to use it it crashes. Please fix this soon. It's a terrific app when it's working and I use it a lot. But this has really slowed me down a lot lately.
