Not sure why they have an app tried to use it to book a restaurant best they could give me was 2 days later at 10pm! !!

Buen concepto pero le falta algo de trabajo, las alertas aparecen de forma rara y el mapa no se ve claro

Worked well to check activities and to look at restaurants but was unable to make reservations and was unable to chat with someone

The app freeze from time to time and we couldn't book dinner

App isn't worth even downloadng and did not add any value to the trip

A lot of bugs all over the app

Love it!

To sign on it displays all the guests names at the hotel which is unacceptable. The chat function is not well staffed so takes a long time to get a response. The chat function on app is only way to get dinner reservations which is the only reason why I used it.

Can install yet nothing happens when I select the resort

Not worth it. Very little information and restaurants reservation is useless.

Such an app should provide detailed and up to date information about the hotel services. It doesn't.

Great idea for the app! Only downside is that the booking options are flawed. We couldn't make any reservations. But found it really useful when walking around our hotel.

Handy for the map, some other reviews on here puzzle me,for all the users that are saying you can't book dinner, you only need to book 2 restaurants ( the one on the beach and the Japanese, you only have to book the Japanese if you want the chef to cook in front of you otherwise that is walk up)every other restaurant is walk up so you don't need to book, for room service pick up the phone in your room and dial the number there is a menu in your room, quite why you would need the app for that is beyond me!! Also there is wifi almost everywhere you can even pick it up on the beach, there are a few dead spots around the resort though which considering the size of the place is understandable, the app sends notices of upcoming activities every few hours so you are always aware of stuff that is happening, all in all a decent thing to have on your phone for the time you are here

This App would NOT ALLOW me to make ANY Reservations. I tried multiple times on several days. I then went to guest Services and the Restaurants had a lot of time slots OPEN. TERRIBLE APP. Here for 3 more days and won't be using this.

Terrible app. Wouldn't allow me to make reservations and the chat portion failed 90% of the time. A person is always better on vacation to talk to and make reservations

Only good for map, pointless asking the online staff anything as they give you different and wrong info.

Found this app very good in providing useful information. As the resort is so big, the map feature is great in showing you where you are and were the restaurant/activities are. Nice little app.

Good for info about restaurants and a map. Nothing else. Can't make reservations or anything which is the main reason I downloaded it

The app was very useful and I was able get information on the various activities, mapping information, schedules and chat with their rep onlineto ask as many questions as possible.

Pointless as can't book restaurants.

Information on the app is rarely updated and when it is, it is inaccurate

Great hotel and great app. I was able to sign up for different activities. I was at the grand palladium in Punta cana. This app was great for its map.

Great app to keep you busy while on your stay, also awesome to have live chat.

Great for Click to Chat to ask basic questions, refreshed daily weather forecast and resort activity listings

It's not bad by any means. The a la carte booking worked as it should. Some sections need more details / info added in. Seems to be a few items / functions missing. Also have the feeling that some locater icons are in the wrong places. (ie: restaurants) The notices are listed in oldest to newest which is very annoying. Should be the other way. As well, no apparent means to "mark as read" as a group. Also no way to delete any of them. Needs some tweaking.

Slow and barely works. Needs more information on events, better navigation, more reservable stuff and room service menu. Lots of bugs. A work in progress!

This app is clumsy. You have to pick your hotel each time you log in? Also the restaurants let you click book but you can only book with the online concierge.

Loved this app being our first time to the resort and not knowing our way around. The gps showed us exactly where we were and helped us find all the restaurants and places to eats. Loved the mini club schedule to figure out activities we wanted to attend and the list of shows so we could plan our entire day! The app definitely was appreciated and very user friendly!

Was not up to date. Each day I checked activities it showed the next day, not the current one.

This only works in the Punta Cana side of the complex and not the Bavaro side. No go to anyone staying on the Bavaro side
