This is the best dictionary that I used. It works offline and includes lots of word in datebase. That's so nice :)

Bu uygulama gerçekten çok güzel ve basit bir yapıya sahip, gözlemlediğim tek kusur türkçe ile (ıs) ile başlayan kelimelerin olmaması örneğin ıslık, ıskalama, ısırmak, ısırgan umarım gelecek güncellemede bu sorun ortadan kalkar, bu güzel uygulama için teşekkürler herkese tavsiye ederim.(this application is really very nice and very simple, only what issue I observe starting in Turkish letter (ıs) doesn't have sample ıslık, ıskalama, ısırmak, ısırgan, I hope in next update this problem will solved I can recommend this application for who wants to learn Turkish.

Very slowly switches between languages and joining the opinion of the previous commenters - a lot of words are absent. Taking into consideration that this vocabulary is free, it's worth to be downloaded as a quite good support for your trip, if you have some knowledge of Turkish of course.
