Ratpoison Podcast player-paid

Would be much better if it had player controls on Android Wear devices.

I purchased a couple of years ago and it has always worked the best for all my podcasts

I don't understand how this app gets so many great reviews! If anyone can tell me how to sync this app with my existing youtube subscriptions (for which youtube already has a free app), or sync podcast subscriptions across multiple devices (which almost any other app will do)...then I could understand all the five star ratings. Given that, in my experience, almost any free podcast app is far more functional, albeit slower, I can't justify having paid for an app that doesn't really "do" anything except play podcasts. THIS IS NOT A "GREAT" APP. I'm sorry.

Has been working fine until latest update but it's now unusable as it force closes everytime I click on a provider so am unable to get any podcasts. Tried re-installation and that didn't help.

Thank you developer! I use your app everyday, and I appreciate your choice to keep your non paid app ad-free and uncrippled. Excellent app, and I upgraded to the paid version. When upgraded, it blanked out my podcast list though, which was unexpected. Please keep up the good work. I look forward to your next release.

Best podcast app ever used,used them all this is easy to use and can save podcast as an mp3, I donated to developer because he did a great job and probably put a lot of work into building app,great job man

I really liked the old design . Please bring some aspects of it back.

Preferred the old look.

This app had it's growing pains but overall is my favorite and most used. One of the few that I felt obliged to get the payed version. Disappointed in the new color; bring back the black!

One of the best. But a better download manager would make it 5 stars. It doesn't seem to go to the next queued item if it fails. I had to turn of the auto downloader as it kept downloading episodes i already listened to and deleted.

This app used to work great, but now with the new updates it sucks! It no longer downloads correctly, the bookmark feature doesn't work, and it continues to collapse constantly. I'm hoping the Developer fixes all the problems with the problems. This used to be my favorite podcast player, but it continues to get worse with the updates.. ugg. Also I wish I could figure out what the developers email is so I could contact him directly without getting a Twitter account.

Works well and does exactly what it says. Has a wide variety of podcasts!

Why can't I scroll/skip ahead in any of the podcasts anymore? Something wrong with the last update?

Latest version has too many permissions for a simple podcast app. I won't update.

Bought to support the Dev for such a great app! Been using for ages and I love it!

I choosed RatPoison, because you save the podcast on the SD card instead of the phone. Actually i just acquire the paid version. But on the last few days it stoped downloading / updating the podcasts... It says "Disconnected... trying again..." for all podcast I have. The thing is, that my phone is connected to both a WIFI and 3G network... This is really pushing my patience to the limit.

It's a design disaster but works better than any other podcast player I've tried and I think I've tried them all. It does the simple things well which should be a no brainer but most apps get it wrong.
