BBT OUcare for Android
The update does not allow the data to save anymore and since the time is important and you only see that in the app this is useless. You see the data in the background during retreival then is nowhere to be found! Wasn't the greatest before this, but now total trash :(
Worked per instructions. Please note that you MUST have and turn on the NFC feature on ur phone. Then hold the phone near the nfc area of the Thermometer (the round area) to download the data from the Thermometer to the app. I gave it 4 stars because it took me a minute to figure this out. But it does work as it should. Realized the adapter is for downloading data to the iPad or devices that don't have NFC support.
Never work
Like others say it doesn't connect as simple as it says . Held both units together and my android still couldn't locate unit. Followed instructions to the T, I never give up on stuff and I quit on this. Thermometer itself works well.
It took awhile just to figure out how to make the thermometer and my phone connect. It worked after I read the tip, below, to touch the thermometer to the back of the phone. But now when I go to sync it up it loads all sorts of data that are dated/time stamped completely incorrectly (January 1, 2014 12:01, etc.). I double checked take sure the date and time are correct on the thermometer and they are. The thermometer + app in this case isn't worth the money. I'm just going to input the data myself.
The dang thing doesn't even read the date right. Terrible programming for a 35 dollar thermometer

Update removed the line drawn through the points on the chart. Please put it back. The only reason I continue to use this ap is that I don't want to buy another basal thermometer. This one was the cheapest at CVS. You get what you pay for.
I rated it as ok because I haven't actually used it yet. From the way it sounds tho is fantastic. Yet I do have a suggestion or two. Check out Glow, OvuView and Kindara. I use the first 2 right now. I didn't understand Kindara that well but there is a thermometer that works w it as well but that thermometer is more expensive. What I'm getting at is for those of us trying to get pregnant all this covers is temperature, not opks and cervical mucous or moods which also help. Color options would be cool!

A very convenient way to record daily temperature. Fast and easy. I would like to see some features added, though. I would like a way to indicate spotting, and/or a place where I could add notes about cervical mucus or other things, like they have on the written charts that come with the thermometer. For those that have trouble getting it to connect, I had trouble at first, too, until I figured out that you have to TOUCH the thermometer to the BACK of your phone, not just next to it. Hope that helps.
This was the recommended app when I bought the thermometer, the pictured product doesn't even match. I tried a couple others, but I don't think this app is very good without the automatic data downloads
Not connecting
I cannot figure it out. I've read the instructions over and over and the thermometer isn't connecting. It's not doing anything

It works but the interface is really not intuitive and it takes some time to figure out. Also, how can I turn off the annoying voice that tells me what my body temperature was?
