About Ortho Pixxort
- Ortho Pixxort is a simple picture (PIX) sorting (SORT) application developed for Orthopedic Surgeons.
- It is customized to use without any textual entries and data errors.
- Log book is a part of the app for maintaining patient’s database. The Log Book is an asset to review, search and maintain Patients database.
- This app assorts and arranges all the clinical pictures of patients into folders and sub-folders. The File names of the pictures are also named as selected by the user.
- As the patient’s details are entered, a folder is created with the name of patient in your phone memory under the folder – ORTHO PIXXORT. Sub folders – Pre-op / Intra OP/ Post-OP are created as the images are added under respective categories.
- You can retrieve, make backups, copy from your phone internal storage to your Personal Computer.
- You can add follow-up data anytime later even after removing previous pictures of the same patient.
- The Log book of all the patient entries would remain and can be searched – Patient Name wise, ID wise and Diagnosis wise.
- At the end of day, you can search the list of patients operated as per diagnosis. This log book can be backed up in .csv format, that can be opened in a computer in Excel sheet.

I like it but suggest to add some features. The recorded data should be stored in online with having personal password. Here data will be lost if you change Mobile Phone. Records should be editable later. Adding these features it can be an excellent App for ORTHOPAEDIV ARENA

When we search a patient and read his details we cannot see pictures and x-rays at same place.. Please make it possible to view x-ray pics through patient database on this app...

I have been looking for such an app since long. Managing patient database is very time consuming and frustrating. But this app makes it extremely swift and on the go. It assorts and arranges everything into folders and subfolders. You can retrieve, make backups, copy. You can add follow-up data anytime. 'Publish or Perish' is the slogan today for academics....to do so we need our data to be stored....just storing doesn't solve the problem but to find it back is another big task from our GB/TBs of stored data.....This app has done this mind blowing task a ease for docs...Hats off to Dr.Ranjith Yalamanchili for creating this app
