Diese App ist von der gemeinnützigen und wissenschaftlichen Fachgesellschaft für Anästhesiologie, Reanimation und Intensivmedizin (ÖGARI) für Ärztinnen und Ärzte erstellt worden. Die ÖGARI App fasst kompakt Empfehlungen von medizinischen Fachgesellschaften, sowie Expertenempfehlungen zum Management von speziellen klinischen Situationen in der perioperativen Medizin zusammen: Therapiepausen von antithrombotischen Medikamenten rund um Regionalanästhesien, die peri-partale Blutung, Operationsvorbereitung und Behandlung von Blutungen unter OAK, Optimierung der präoperativen Verweildauer vor operativer Versorgung von hüftnahen Frakturen bei zuvor oral antikoagulierten PatientInnen als Ergebnisqualitätskennzahl des ministeriellen A-IQI. This app has been created for doctors by the charitable and scientific society for anaesthesiology and intensive care (ÖGARI). The ÖGARI app combines compact recommendations of medical societies, as well as expert recommendations on the management of specific clinical situations in perioperative medicine together: treatment interruption of antithrombotic drugs around regional anesthesia, peri-partum bleeding, preparation for surgery and treatment of bleeding under OAK, optimization of preoperative residence before surgical treatment of fractures in hüftnahen previously orally anticoagulated patients as a result of the quality score ministerial A-IQI.
