About Mobile Servicedesk
Mobile Servicedesk connects to Symantec ServiceDesk and enables end users and technicians to effortlessly work mobile.
End users can quickly create new incidents with attached images, recordings and GPS position. You can also view existing requests and their progress.
Technicians can edit and work incidents as well as claiming and assigning incidents in their queues.

Nice features to attach camera pictures and record sound for the incident. End-user functions so far but the developer promises a worker app soon. Looking forward to it.
