Simple app for looking up Pali words in four different Pali<>English dictionaries.
Available dictionaries include:
CPED - Concise Pali-English Dictionary
CEPD - Concise English-Pali Dictionary
DPPN - Dictionary of Pali Proper Names
PED - Pali-English Dictionary
The app uses Velthuis input scheme (aa = ā, .t = ṭ, "n = ṅ, etc.).
Pali is the language of the historic Buddha:

Very useful and informative dictionary. But difficult to input the Pali words for search , a help file to teach input methods will be useful . Hope it can be more user friendly, search without care of Pali specific characters, just alphabet will doike color dictionary & PCED.

This app worked extremely well when I used it on a phone having an older version of the Android OS. It still works for people having having those older phones. I am using Android 4.2.2. It works fine when I want to find a meaning from Pali to English but while trying to do English to Pali the app crashes the moment we try to change the Dictionary in the menu button. Please try to work around as there are many who are discomforted because of this.

The moment it opens, it crashes! Try several times with the same results. Can't be the fault of my tablet as it never happened before for other programs I used.

Im using Samsung Note 3..downloaded this aps..run for first time..and its Crashed..!! it cant even start properly. This is simply dissapointing. Please fixed it.

Crashes immediately with motorola moto E with android 5. Used to work with my previous phone. Doesn't recognise accents when looking up pali words.
