This is a simple Buddypress client. If configured properly, it will allow you to post status updates to your Buddypress install. It also has a simple RSS reader for your sitewide activity feed where you can comment on, share and delete feed items.

Step 1: (Webmaster) Install the BuddyPress XML-RPC receiver plugin for Wordpress here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-xml-rpc-receiver/
Step 2: (Webmaster) Activate and configure above plugin via wp-admin under Settings->BuddyPress XML-RPC
Step 3: (App User) Add your website (root path, e.g. http://www.site.com/), username, and password to the Preferences screen in this app.
Once you have done these steps correctly, you should be able to interact with your BuddyPress activity stream.

- view user profiles by clicking on avatars
- view, delete, mark read/unread, and reply to private messages
- join and leave groups

- option to check for and show Buddypress notifications in notification drawer

Won't login therefore app is outdated. By the looks of the last comment its a dead android app. Edit: I just realised you need to XML-RPC Options plugin installed for it to work on mobile versions. Once this is installed and enabled it works great on your phone. Perhaps a popup on the Android app tell us that this is required would be helpful. Thanks

I love the concept, but it looks like this might need some work. Tried on HTC One M8 and received an error. org.xmlrpc.android.XMLRPCException: org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException: Unexpected token (position:TEXT t/css/responsive...@2:1 in java.io.InputStreamReader@37e6557b)

My only recommendation would be to add support for BP Albums images. Also, word of advice for those of you who use something like SI CAPTCHA to prevent sploggers and spammers in general. If you select for the CAPTCHA to show on the login form, you'll get a 403 error. To fix this, uncheck the box for showing captcha on login form, then deactivate and reactivate the plugin. This should resolve your issue. Would love support for BuddyPress albums (BP Albums) plugin and possibly Activity Plus. Also, Kudos for being Open Source. You might want to consider putting this up on F-Droid if it's not already there.

It is simple and great. And I assume you ll be adding those other social network functionalities like befriending, inviting and joining groups and creating own pvt,pub,hidden groups. It would also be great if integrated with the android contacts and location services.
