Youth Continuum

Serving the Greater New Haven, CT area since 1966, Youth Continuum is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and addressing youth homelessness.
The Youth Continuum app is designed to connect homeless and at-risk youth and young adults (through age 24) in the Greater New Haven area to immediate services. It describes services available through our drop-in centrer including food, clothing, housing, hygiene supplies and facilities, computer lab access, life skills, educational and employment support, mental health and substance use counselling, crisis intervention, as well as access to benefits and other community resources. In addition to providing basic information about our services, the app links directly to Youth Continuum’s webpage, Facebook Account and Twitter feed and provides phone and email contact information to reach our outreach team and Drop-In Centrer.
