every time I say something to grumpy cat it always says no Internet available

It keeps saying no internet connection available,it doesn't answer to my questions,and when it does work swears pop up dont get this

It did the samething to me. I waited a week an still no response! Im uninstalling it.

All he says is no Internet connection availible
