Journal Club for Android for Android
It's a great attempt. Key Nephrology trials are missing. No currency in this subspec area. E.g. Hemodiafiltration trials missing. Peritoneal Dialysis adequacy studies missing. RENAL trial missing. Recent ELAIN and AKIKI trials missing. Paucity of transplant literature. These can be improved. Please note. Thanks for doing this.
Missing some studies that are on the website, e.g. the CESAR trial, which is online but not in app :( Edit: I'd love an option to show all articles, even if they are in draft.
This is a very useful and easy to use app. I just wish there were more uptodate trials in oncology
A great app when preparing for medical exams or interviews. Concise summary of the most pertinent points of landmark trials.
Fantastic bullet points for refreshers when referring to clinical data
Highly recommended
Perfect for fast updates
Outstanding
Awesome
Please fix
It's a great compilation in such a small app. Highly recommended to all doctors across all fields
Wonderful. Extremely helpful.
Waiting for new updates!
Great breakdowns of landmark trials however there are a lack of recent trials that have demonstrated better or more up to date therapies
Reference landmark studies on the go.
Great Quick Reference!
I am a PGY 3 Internal medicine resident. No other app has been of greater help (maybe uptodate) as this one during my residency. Would love if they could add major studies (new) in addition to trials. I would stop reading all journals that day. :)
The concise information available across a broad range of landmark trials is fantastic. Love the format of the critical appraisals, and also appreciate being able to search by subspecialty.
Great way to get the high points of studies on the fly, could include more studies.
I love this app, it is a must have for every internist in training or practice. Will keep referring my colleagues. keep updating it, willing to pay more for it. :)
I think it's perfect. I hope more landmark papers get incorporated in the future
Awesome
Support team is basically a group of greedy techs. I changed my phone and asked them to transfer my credits so I won't have to pay for the app again (like the way it is in 99% of other apps) and the team told me to buy it again for the new device. It is standard for paid apps to be transferred to the new phones. I had 7 other paid apps and all 7 of them were transferred because the support team was willing to help.
Waiting for new updates!
Sincerely this app has really helped me through my medical training. I bought it when I was in my last year of medical school and it hasn't failed me. Helped me countless times on the wards with pimping and important, practice changing studies for the last 30 years that you not only have easy access to but are quick reads, especially for someone with a short attention span like me. I can't find a better app that does that. Definitely a must for all junior docs and physicians who want to keep up-to-date!!
Helped in my cardiology trials review and practice
Wish it had more studies, but for what it's got it's incredible
Awesome app. Very useful to keep up with the landmark trials. Would love to see this continue to grow so we don't have to rely heavily on uptodate.
Thanks for the wonderful summaries!
It gives a very good synopsis of current landmark studies. I wish it included more in depth papers on other disciplines other than medicine, such as surgical subspecialties.
As a medical resident, Journal Club has been an indispensable tool. I use it daily to pre-read before attending pimp-sessions as well as when I have clinical queries and want to see if my patient fits in with the study population that guidelines are based upon.
Easily summary with major points of many important studies.
I recommend this app to all the other residents and the new interns in internal medicine. A vital app that breaks down great studies that all internists should know. Updated regularly. Thanks so much for maintaining this app I use everyday.
I d.ownloaded this app for reading mainly criticism of the papers. But only 26 articles included. Please see icu trials app by clin app and add them too.
Impressed! Summarizes all the major medical studies
I am a medical student and I find this app great in summarizing trials. It makes it much easier to stay updated Any chance you could add trials on the new drugs for hepatitis C?
This is the first app review I have written, though I've owned an Android phone for several years now. I am an internal medicine resident and I find this app to be essential. Thanks so much for making it. It provides clinical trials and guidelines data all in one place and in a concise way. Very useful!
Very helpful for pharmacy students in class and on rotations. Glad to see that it is updated regularly and. It's an incredibly well built app.
Very well designed app, contains extremely useful content that gives a huge value for the price. Highly recommended for clinical work.

Excellent app. The most useful part is that it explains why the trial was done, what the results meant, what was affected in the guideline and what the criticisms were. The data presentation were nicely displayed. The journals can be sorted by time of publish and it gave me a time sense of how the evidence emerged. These are the pearls that are not found by simply downloading the journal article. Yes, it is spoonfeeding. But you have to be spoonfed for some time before your horizons are widened enough to add your own interpretation. Not all journal articles were included, but no database is perfect. The inclusion has been impressive. Please keep up the good work.
