OverWatch Dashcam (Beta)

Utilize your old and unused Android phone or device to record your driving!

Current Features:
- Auto Recording
-- Automatically starts recording when the application is launched. Great to use with Tasker to launch the app when your car is started!
- Loop Recording
-- Records video in short chunks of 1 - 10 minutes. Keep the videos short for uploading to the web and easier editing
-- Also automatically deletes old videos when free space gets low, so you never have to manually clear space. (User definable)
- Select your recording resolution and framerate
-- Record at a high, HD resolution for better clarity, or at a lower resolution for better space utilization
-- Smooth 30fps video, or space-conserving 20fps
- Live video preview so you can see where the camera is aiming
- Live updating storage space indicator

The app places recorded videos in /sdcard/OverWatch/Videos

- Automatic detection of your device/camera's supported resolutions and framerates.
- GPS and sensor logging
- GPS based speed overlay
- "Flag Recording" button, which will flag the currently recording, or last recorded video as 'Do Not Delete'

Known issues:
- Viewfinder changes aspect ratio between preview and record mode.
- Text size can be different on various pixel density and resolution devices (Please report issues, which include the device model).
- Recording stops or app ANRs when app loses foreground focus.
- Video becomes unplayable if app force closes or is forcefully killed.

Please understand that this app is new, and built from the ground up. I will be working on adding new features and bug fixes whenever possible.
