VyStar Mobile

I can not use it all. Bought a new phone and went through everything that I needed to do to access my account. Went through the website also assistance over the phone. Everything was useful except the mobile app. I can use the tablet app also access it through the main website but not the app. The app won't even give me a security question, just informs me to call busy at. Which I've done multiple times. I'm not "bitching"...just letting you know. Hopefully you can fix it so the app can finally be useful. Had many issues with it before on my old phone. Good luck!

The app would be very nice if it worked consistently, however it is down far more often than every other mobile banking app I use. Had to download an update the other day, when the app stopped working. Worked for about a day, maybe two. Already down again. Seems to be a reoccurring theme, it works well for a few months then crashes and burns. Hopefully someday it will be consistent.

Not at all happy, all of a sudden tells me it needs an update. When I click update it does nothing but go back to the play store page which gives me the option to uninstall are open. Click open goes back to update, tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, same issue. The app was working before it warmer than update and now it does nothing.

Omg thank you for the update!! I'm so happy that I can just use my fingerprint now!!!! I multitask way too much to be typing stuff all the time. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get the update, that was weird.

This app has improved a lot over the past updates. Fingerprint scanner to access your account makes things so much faster. Never experienced any problems with the app, no crashes, very fast, and most importantly very secure!

After the maintenance I try to Check my balance when I login it says an error has acured and that my info cannot be found. I don't understand why my info cannot be found. Can you please tell me why?

Well I try to log in a few times. But it kept saying error and that to call a certain number. I also try to log in on the website but told me a different error had accord. So now I can't log in to check on my balance.

Not at all happy. Vystar had an update but the app already downloaded would not update. Had to uninstall and reinstall.

All of a sudden, the app won't open and connect. I thought it may need an update but I'm current. POS

Finally can login via fingerprint authentication. Just wish the third party keyboard warning didn't pop up each time.

Update: it's supporting fi ngerprint recognition right now, I love the app right now The app is good over all but I just switched from apple and when I downloaded it here on Android, I was surprised there was no finger print recognition. !!!

Why no notice that I have to update? Yesterday it locked me out. My pw was fine. :(

Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and it went back to the older version of the app, which now works.

Would have been a good app 5 years ago but doesn't hold up with competitor apps

Trying to update just freezes. Before update I couldn't open app now I can update it!!!

Won't load at all. Crashes immediately. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Working currently.

This app is the bomb! Works as advertised. Don't know what everyone is complaining about.

Overall seems to work just fine compared to my other online banking app. I gave it 4 stars since it doesn't provide the ability to request external incoming transfers. VyStar provides very robust support as evidenced in other posts, which is nice to see.

It would be better if if I wasn't asked to have a verification code sent to my phone that I haven't received to log on to see my accounts. Update 12-31-17: I called the number they tell you to call and the operator tells you from the app click the "click full site" and log in. But why would I want to go to full site when I have an app. This did not fix the problem. Please fix the problem vystar. Vystar is a good bank, so their app should match that quality as well.

Tried to use the app, but it force closes itself about a second after I tried to open it. It'd be nice if we could use the app they for the intended purpose. And I don't seem to be the only one experiencing this. Please fix this!

This is the most horrendous bank app. I cannot access my account! Every time you try to log in, it needs to send a one-time passcode via call or text, which never comes through. I can understand needing to verify one's identity, so why not set up a security question instead?? Or at least something that will function properly. If this isn't resolved soon, I'm going to leave this bank altogether and go to Bank of America instead. I cannot continue to deal with these constant frustrations!

VyStar , You should be ashamed to offer this app to your customers. I have never had so many issues with any app ever in my life. I am going to change banks soley due to this underperforming service.

Verification processes is horrible I'm locked out so you have to call the 1800 number which is a horrible experience. Guess I will have to wait and go into the Amelia Island branch and let them short it out. Please Vystar fire your I.T. department and get rid of the crummy verification processes read other people's post it not a isolated problem

I am unable to even get into my account from the app. It used to work great. Then one day it asked me to verify my number, I select my number and never get a text. Unable to verify. Unable to access.

Well I tried to update this new version of the app that was working just fine. Now I can't access my account at all. It just keeps telling me an update is available. Tried to re-install several times.

OMG, HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU NEED TO KEEP UPDATING APP, TOO WORK FOR DEPOSITS. VYSTAR MESSED THIS APP EARLY LAST YEAR, AND THEY STILL CANNOT GET IT TO WORK RIGHT.. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Well it's plain and simple, a banking app. I enjoy banking with VyStar but this recent update has glitched my app. Every time I open the app it closed back to my home screen and I tried to uninstall and redownload but now the app is telling me "you need to update" but I just downloaded the newest version from the app store. I can not use my banking app, please fix this issue

This app has been in disrepair for years now. There is still no fingerprint authentication despite being out over a year. It's slow and bulky and not aesthetically pleasing to look at or use at all. The app freezes when scrolling through the offers and notifications aren't very helpful. It still looks like it was built around Android 3.0. I only use it because it's the only option available. Needs work, especially fingerprint authentication considering iPhone already has this. By far that's the most infuriating part. I also DO NOT need to see that warning every single time I open the app. Give us a choice to stop doing it after clicking OK Edit: It's the warning that says you're using a non-system keyboard. When you have a downloaded third-party keyboard in use it seems

So this app was terrible, but now they've fixed all my issues and it works fine. The only reason I can't give them five stars is because of the awful start it had.
