Can't even register for pet notifications because whoever wrote the site didn't even figure to put the username and password far enough apart to be usable on a mobile device. Also once you cheat and wiggle your way in to registering, the login screen has the same issue with no solution. I would love to know when the dog I've been waiting for may be surrendered by the owner so I have a better chance of getting him early, but I guess fighting 50 people for a chance to adopt is the only outcome. Thanks.
