Vastu Vihar is the residential brand of Technoculture Building Centre Pvt Ltd. We are one of the best real estate company in eastern India, operation since 2003 like Builders and Developers in all Types of Residential, Housing Development Projects in 6 staes of Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
We have completed over 14000 units and over 25000 units are under construction in 59 cities.The initial years were very difficult. It was proving near impossible to implement the advanced cost-effective technologies commercially, there were no takers, and everyone wanted their homes to be built on the traditional technologies. Lack of awareness among the masses was the reason. Many new technologies were being implemented in western countries but there was no market for any of them in Bihar. He pushed on, luring the people, staying on the site day and night, working as a mason if need be, looking after the purchases and stocks all by himself, constructing a brick roof for the portico, implementing flyash as a cement substitute, innovating mixes for hollow blocks, implementing rat trap bond walls, filler slabs, welded wire girders etc. The first project was accomplished and a brand was born. His technology and ideas were tested and proved. Now there were takers, the new brand was being commercialized as "VastuVihar".
Vastu Vihar committed its creating a cost effective building through the effort of the most dedicated professional supporter by innovative management with more social work. We strive to provide the shelter to the homeless people of lower class to higher class. Even a low income person can afford to get their dream house. The Company motivational commitment is to increase in development in our country.
