This app is for phoenix Arizona valley metro transportation for buses and light rail including rapid and express bus . it helps with the prices of tickets and when there's delay or accidents for the news feed .

Won't let me plan future trips. Keeps saying errors.

My god this is awful. Not intuitive at all and inaccurate times.

Don't give all the arrival times as the older version. Delete and getting a bus book.

Google maps provide better, more in depth, and accurate information.

It's like they don't understand at all why people are looking up bus info. Just useless. Where is "next bus" info... Oh I have to put in an entire trip to get that simple info? Useless app. Mobile is better but that sucks too.

this poster on board of the buss has some how brainwashed me into downloading it. So i did. To the few "10k+" that haven't figured out about Google maps. You should try it. You see this App, usually pre loaded on your smart phone has features like planning your trip to a girlfriends. This app also has the feature to check for next buss arrivals and even trip planning assistance. Best thing about this App it also accounts for avg. Adults walking pace and ads it to the trip.. Yupp GOOGLE MAPS TRY IT.

It loaded up nice,that's it. The very first address I typed in, it didn't recognize. It gave streets that weren't even similar to where I was looking. Instead of an exact address, I just gave a general street location then asked for the route, the app did absolutely nothing. In my experience it's a piece of junk. Google was able to give me a route just by typing in the address.

This app has changed my life. Without it i would be lost in the world. I choose to battle dr. Claw and join forces with the valley metro crew. And as always FTP.

This app is no good for trip planning but absolutely accurate for bus and light rail times! The idiots that say it's not accurate for bus times are more than likely grade school drop outs that only have a Obama phone!

I constantly get "alert, something went wrong" yet it dosnt tell u what went wrong so tht u can fix it. Start with my current location and then my destination.... what the hell could I have done wrong??? I kno where I am, and I kno where I want to go. Such a stupid app. It is also the most nonUser friendly, as, if I want to page back, I hav to start all over ea time. I wonder what idiot wrote this program. So dumb. Uninstalling rite now.

I dont know who designed the layered interface but its awful. You cant easily open and close windows as the wrong thing is always laying on top of what you want to see. Not at all easy to navigate. It never shows me the map, just a white screen. Then the times shown are very wrong and completely useless. Does Valley Metro really think all we need is to be within an hour of the right schedule? Because thats about as close as youll get with this app. Just use the web site. This app is nearly useless!

Anyone who rates this app lower than four stars, is a complete idiot. Very accurate on the various phones I've owned since moving to this state.

Everything is placed right... but planning trip is hard... spent 30mins and all my battery life and still cant find the arrival time... please update so we can click the stop and see the arrival time...

I dont always need to plan a trip, most of the time I just need the individual route information or an option to enter the code for the stop I'm at so I know when to expect the next bus. This app is pretty pointless considering I can do all of those things and plan my trip on the mobile website.

I wonder if anyone thought of doing a focus group before they laid out the features of this app.....or should I say the lack of features? Not intuitive. Not user friendly. No real time tracking. Not good!

if you follow the timetable, train most times arrive a min or two earlier/after. Interface needs work. For people who commute, a presaved route would be good. They have favorite option to save a station but takes to many clicks to go there.

I use it all the time when I'm on my way from point a to point b. I can travel on unfamiliar routes with a decent level of confidence. I find that if my phone is overheating in the Phoenix heat, this app (like all my other apps) goes slow.

It started out working great in the past month or so whenever I go to use it none of the bus stop show up

I got home. Weird GUI. Can't really start over. Hard to understand arrive by. Favorites is weird. Is it the destination or the whole route? Just need and expect the destination.

I would give it 5 stars but with the stike it's now useless

The app is easy to navigate if you have 10 minutes to just play with it is a high battery consumer and moderate data does need work like integration of the schedule into the app so that someone can see when the last buses come and how often during certain times of the day

It's very useful but also pretty buggy/glitchy

Too bad. I might have tried public transit to go to a baseball game.

Downloaded because it says real time arrival data and all it does is count down the min till it's scheduled times. It could say it's 2 min away and not show up for 15 min uninstalling

This app is very helpful in getting me where I need to go. I don't know how I could have survived without it. There are only a few things I would absolutely love to see in the future and that would be ways to see an entire buses route and real time tracking of buses so that you can see where your bus actually is at any given moment, since most of the time, the buses are either early or late. It would help to reduce a lot of stress.

Complete waste of time. You're much better off going on the website through the browser.

It's not working right upgrade needed

I go to plan a trip and every time all it does is say oops something went wrong. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it like six times and the same thing just keeps happening.

The only thing worse than this app is the actually quality of service provided by ValleyMetro.

I need to see a map with bus numbers. Every option I typed in resulted in: "oops something went wrong"...not helpful!

It's not live, but it does show you the times the bus SHOULD be here.

The app has no apparent use. And, overall very difficult to navigate. You have to know the exact stop name of the origin and destination. It does not provide real time updates.

Too many notifications poping up, even with them toggled off.

It gives me exact arrival times for bus and light rail it is so easy to use for me it's a great application THANKS VALLEY METRO YOU ROCK
