The USO

The app does not work. Doesn't find location, doesn't recognize that I already made a profile, freezes, & the app shuts down. Very disappointing

Each time I try ro set up account on mobile it sends me a verification code via email. When I switch to email app to retrieve code and go back to USO app it sends anothee code. Very annoying please fix.

My app keeps freezing when I try to select a location to check into. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again, and now it won't verify my email. I hit submit so it will send me a verification email to put in the code, and it just says there was an error, and to try back later.

What do you have against the navy no service selection

Will review with 5 stars upon birthday calendar fix. I feel sorry for those on the older side!

Good stuff and useful for signing in without having to wait any lines! For birthday input on registration,simply tap the "year" on top left corner and scroll to your birth year

Need to independently select year, or type entire entry for birthday. Seriously, I was born in 1961!

Great app...but why is a scrolling calendar the only way to input birthdate during account registration? Direct input would have saved me over 450 screen taps to move the calendar date back.to the stone age...felt like using AOL in the early 90's all over again! Edited to add that tapping on the year was not an option on my phone.

It's a nice app but the problem for me is I'm a DOD civilian overseas who is allowed to use the facility. Only problem is it doesn't allow me to put that in. What option am I supposed to select? Not sure if having the wrong rank/status will cause problems when trying to use and check in for the USO.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Provides a wealth of knowledge about USO locations and programs. Traveling military and their dependents should be able to make great use of this app.

Doesn't work. Downloaded three times and still get same error message after inputting emailed code.

Every time I try to verify my account I get an unexpected error.

When registering there should be status options for Retired, Deendent, and 100% Disabled. It makes you choose an option to finish registering. Thanks for all you do USO!

Very well built app! When registering, for the calendar part, you just need to click on the year at the top and then you can click your year. There is no need to click 500 times.

Not working for me yet, but hey, what can you expect from the apple environment...

This will not work on my phone.
