It's a nice app and only thing missing is the payment end date, which is useful when with extra payment

Love this app. Helped me to understand how morgage work and how much of a house I could really afford.

I like amorization tables and this one app tops them all. I like to know what a payment is going to look like and this app gets you spot on

This is great tool to explain to your buyer on loan payment base on their purchase and help qualify your potential clients.

3 stars for effort. Entering data in fields isn't accepted. Eg. Couldn't add PMI. Features look good if they work.

You cannot input 0% interest into the calculator. Would be a 5 star except for that

Works exceptionally well. Calculates taxes, insurance, & interest rates, which are all customizable. Great app!

By far the best Android mortgage calculation app. Super advanced features. No annoying ads (none at all, only recommends you to get a loan on its own tab). Very easy to use! Calculates principal, interest, PMI, taxes, and has great charts! PLUS a year by year breakdown of where every dollar is being distributed and the remaining principal balance! Thanks a ton, developers :-)

Great app. Works just as well as the one I use online, but better because it's in my pocket and ready to use. As I talk to my agent or lender I can immediately determine my decision based on the info they give and I enter in the app. My only concern is why does PMI revert to whatever the dev decided whenever a new sale figure is entered? My mortgage company has the percent higher than the apps default; yes, I can change it but the default seems low.

Great app! Similar to MortgageX calc. on the web. Very accurate, many options, full amortization schedule, extra payment, chart, home ins. To bad it doesn't pay my mortgage ;)

Great app, I was able to replicate the numbers from an actual quote with a margin of $-50 difference. I would like to suggest to add a field that displays number of payments I omitted by making extra payments. Right now I can manually check it but automatically would be awesome. Great job!

This is a great app! It gives complete picture of all financial factors in home buying. I can suggest 1 improvement. It'd be a great addition if it allows me to add my tax bracket, mellarose and gives me back my effective payments after tax deduction. Also display the tax, home insurance etc as separate items. Great going overall!!

Does not work, none of the information entered gets updated. No matter what I enter the loan amount stays 350k and the rest of the information stays default.

Such a great app that lets you factor in all of the TRUE variables that will ultimately determine your mortgage. So detailed and so easy to use!

Didn't work. No matter how many times I entered my own information it would revert back to the prompts.

Not a bad MTG loan app...does not allow for PMI for FHA/VAloans (I forced by increasing haz ins amount). Good visuals, but mistates specifics based on my comments about PMI,...needs a bit more tweaking for 5 stars!

Cannot calculate mortgage for property value greater than $350k.

This app is excellent, and does everything it's supposed to while looking good and being intuitive. I particularly like that they have definitions for certain housing market words like what is PMI? The only draw back, and therefore only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is that it only works with input for a single property. You can't have two like in some apps and compare.
