Need to give us some clues for the new upcoming season. I know they can't reveal all but a teaser video would be nice and create a challenge archives and move the World Class to the archives so interest starts getting drummed up. Also have a opt in for push notifications so people interested can receive info on the upcoming 2015-2016 Trash Trek season.

I got this app expecting more. When I loaded it up, The screen kept flickering white. And all it had was the coaches handbook? Surely FIRST of all organizations can make a good app?!

I see lots of complaints but as a mentor/coach for both FLL AND FRC I like having access to one app that enables me to access the rules for both games, they ,may not run concurrent in my district but still helpful being able to use one app for both, so thanks to those who made this possible even tho maybe some changes are needed

Very slow, does not even include the full manual, and seems a bit useless.

Nice layout as of now but it needs a word search bar and landscape mode. Other than that it works pretty good

Please, please join the 21st century and look into eBook formats and reflowable PDFs next year. The FRC manual is only barely usable on my droid turbo because the text is so small at default zoom. The app doesn't even rotate to wide screen mode, which is ridiculous. I'm basically waiting until the FRC manual by Christian Colglazier is updated and then I'm uninstalling your much less useful professional app.

Main issues are text does not flow correctly in the app. Text is hard to read and zooming results in scrolling. Text can not be copied from the manual for search engine use such as with part numbers. No linking to rule numbers when one is referenced. There is another rule app which was light years better, however, it does not support 2015.

The only thing I don't like about the app is that you can't read in portrait mode

I'm pretty sure my printer can print the manual faster than it takes to open up the manual on this app.

They're working to teach kids how to make tech work. I went a whole season without using this, and all because of a file format choice. I l.o.v.e. FIRST and how they bust themselves to get it all coordinated and polished, but this app belies the quality of the organization. Use the website, or put shared copies of the docs you use on Google Drive or Dropbox . I'll check back . Maybe in a couple months I'll get a notification that registration is open?

Having the content in a portable format is great. However, setup is for portrait orientation only, does not adapt to turning the device sideways. Navigation is odd, swipe up to read within a chapter and left/right to change chapters. This is non-standard, most/all ereaders use left/ right to move from one page to the next. There's no visual indication for the up/down swiping, would be worth adding something to the UI to show it's possible.

Basic app but seems to be kept updated with all the important info so I dont have to worry about having a signal to view the website.

No bells and whistles, but all the challenge information is now available on your phone or tablet.
