대흥교회는 주님께서 세우기를 원하는 교회.

하나님의 임재를 경험하는 영광스런 (축제)예배를 통해 행복한 교회를 이루는 대그룹 날개와, 모든 성도들과 많은 구도자들이 셀 목장에 참여 천국가족을 경험하는 소그룹 날개가 균형을 이루는 두 날개로 날아오르는 건강한 교회로, 새로운 성전을 아름답게 건축하여 주님의 지상명령인 "너희는 가서 모든 족속으로 제자 삼으라"는 세계 복음화의 위대한 비전을 품고 열심히 달려가고 있습니다.

이를 위하여 대흥교회는 양육 및 훈련 프로그램을 통하여 내가 먼저 제자되고 참된 제자를 육성하여, 하나님의 은혜에 사로 잡힌 믿음의 사람들과 함께 세상을 변화시키고 이웃에 빛과 소금이 되는 교회가 되길 원합니다.
