USA CUP - Schwan's

App will open but team search doesn't work, can't view schedules, map doesn't work, steam was working but then stopped working yesterday and is now working again today... App has been a very useful tool in the past but useless right now. My sons games start on Tuesday so...hopefully it will work by then...

Can't get it to work, can't find my son's team. Can't find photos, videos. Seems to be a waste of phone space

I installed the app and it tells me "No tournaments found" and it won't open.

App kept saying "no tournaments found", could not get past that error.

Android..."no tournaments found" for multiple people who downloaded it and even renstalled it. Seems to work for iPhone users.

Can't open. Worthless.

Error message, can't find tournament one day before the main tournament weekend. Exit or retry are the only options, useless. Day 2 downloaded again and app pulls up but it has nothing of value, searches don't work, no schedules, maps just go to the world. Again, useless.

has absolutely nothing, no tourney if at all since it has started!?

New fields (N and P) not found in app map.

Worked until tourney started. Won't fetch data. Android and apple.

You can't do all your QA after it goes live and do updates during the tournament. It's bad enough with no timely updates that you're better off just going to the website.

Evens after the latest update I received today, it still crashes when I select my team when I type in the name. Makes it impossible to follow my team.

Have to give them credit for working out the kinks in short order. Game times have been corrected (were Greenwich Mean) and order of games is correct as well as a lot of other issues. It is at the point where it is fully functional for my needs. To find a team, make sure you have the correct tournament selected - on the home page in the red box by default it says "2013 Schwan's USA Cup WEEKEND Jul 12 - Jul 14." If you click it, you can then select the WEEKLONG tournament and then go into Search to add your team(s) to "My Teams." If you want to see "My Teams" for the Weekend, you need to go to the home page and click "2013 Schwan's USA Cup WEEKLONG Jul 16 - Jul 20" and then go to "My Teams." (Caps = emphasis) No, it isn't intuitive but once you know the secret, it's all good. Looking forward to posting photos and/or video! Haven't found a way to create an account so when posting it doesn't say "Anonymous" but that is a minor point. Also, to be super nit-picky, in the main menu it says "Tornament Information" - need to add a "U."

Can't login and pick MyTeams. There is no clear way to create an account. Force Close keeps occurring. Team lookup is not very functional.

Nice to see they fixed having all the game times off by 5 hours. However, the 7/13 game reschedules were not posted in the app. The app crashes whenever you touch a page while it is loading so be very patient.
