I had to get a code from the director, then it worked. I can group email parents which is good, but can't get the pdf's for the practices. I just used the actual site and that works better.

Customer service was quick to respond. Kudos to Adam Burgess! I think we'll get this worked out. If you coach upward soccer, you need this app.

The app never works, unfortunately. I had my lineup set up & ready for the game, but even with the app open, my phone showed me that it wasn't operating. Lots of my colleagues having the same issue. Needs immediate attention. Then, it'll get a 5 star rating.

It locks up so much I have to force stop the app almost every day that I open it. This has happened on two different new Android phones.

Originally this was a good app now there is so many loops to jump through I can no longer access it. I had downloaded before the changed so now it will not allow me to access even with invitation code and invite. So it is no longer beneficial.

I don't like having to login every time I open the app. I would like to be able to change or add-on a different email as well but am still not sure if I can even do that. The roster is easy to find but all the resources have to be downloaded instead of being readily available.

Why would any intelligent people change the app in the middle of the season to purposely change log in process???? I still can't get in... Great app if i could get in!!!!! Boooooooooooooo Upward soccer I want my money back.

Just bought, charged double price and Can't even open it, and when it says will email instructions, doesn't. And I am a director. How do I tell coaches to use?

This app used to support login with Google account credentials. Please add this back. Logging in with a username and password each time is annoying.

I have had numerous issues with the application. I need it for coaching my team but I'm unable to use it most days.

This is a great way to keep track of your roster and notify parents.

Paid for this app because the Upward cheer app was good. We were looking for something to use with our soccer team that was trustworthy. Long story short can't even get on the app nor does it say anywhere that you have to be part of Upward to use it! Had I known that or known you had to have some kind of code I would have never paid for it.

Ask for a code that you never recieve

The organization has all the power w the app. You can't delete kids off ur roster that aren't on your team anymore. So then it emails those parents who dont need to be emailed so u have to manually add who u want to email AND it still adds the kids on ur sub sheet and u have to manually take them out of every period every game!!!! Also you can't put a position next to the kids name on the sub sheet. Therefore you have to just remember what position every kid has played when you're trying to sub in and out.

Still cannot login with Facebook on Galaxy S5

We have used this app the last couple years and found it very helpful to have for practices and games. This season though, I have found that I need to log in with Google, Facebook (didn't work), or yahoo. And THEN I need a code from the director before I can open the app? This is ridiculous. There is no sensitive data plus we paid for the app, why all the roadblocks to get access into it?

When you finally get into the app I can't get the practice sessions to open. Keep getting QuickMemo+ error message. App is no good if you can't access the info.

Doesn't work without code, not told before purchase, tech support is silent, do not buy

I have uploaded this app again for this season. I attempted to login via "Facebook Login" and no response. I attempted login with Google+ and it shows (for a half second) an invitation code, yet doesn't allow time for me to copy the code before it moves forward to the screen where you input the code.

What did I pay for? Please make this work on andriod devices....

After the update I could not get back into the app after the update! Before this it was a great app. I was getting ready for a game when it messed up.

Where do I find the invite code? I used the app last season and it was great.

Don't waste your 99 cents

Getting an error when saving players, however, when completely exiting app then going back in the player shows up. Did this to add all the players, but then went to GameDay and it said I have no roster. Please help.

Lots of bugs and no response from support. Has potential. Disappointed.

This really helps me keep track of rotations during games and who to award the stickers to. Also helps me with the devotion during practice.

This has been extremely useful over the last 12 weeks, with a little tweaking it can be amazing.

Absolutely horrible. As of 9/28/2015, I have a Moto X 2nd Gen running Android 5.0. Every player I add gives me an error that it can't add the player, and I have to back out to see if they made it to the roster (they don't always get added). Then I go to game day, and it says I haven't added my team roster yet. There is no way around this error. I do not understand how others can possibly be using this app in its current state.

I have a phone and a tablet that are on the same email account. It would be nice for it to update information that I've placed on my phone, to my tablet and the other way around. If that is possible, please explain what I've overlooked. Blessings! Also, not quite sure about the ranking system, but it seems it will make sense in due time? If a player is ranked "A", then the capability of another player can not be "A" also?

Tried it in 2013, and it wouldn't work. Updated the app for our 2015 season and it seems fixed. The game day features look really useful.

I am getting error messages every time I add a player to the roster. In one instance, it duplicated the record. I cannot remove the player.

Great App

Won't allow more than 8 players and I don't think it should be required to rank the players. Seeing as I am teaching 5k they are more so focusing on the rules and having fun with soccer.
