REVISED 11/29/16 : After a couple of calls to the app support #, this app works perfectly. The ladies who helped me were very nice and very patient. Apparently a back end issue that they fixed. UPDATE 1/14/18: Thank you, thank you! This update doesn't make me sign in every time I close the app.☺

Unreliable. Support email address doesn't work. It's extremely inconvenient to have to log in constantly, and that it doesn't save your login info or even user name.

Very buggy. Need it primarily for gameday substitutions, but can't depend on it working.

I think it's poor stewardship of the volunteers that serve Upward to make them pay for the app. I haven't paid for an app in years because most organizations offer them for free, and I think it's sad that the first one I had to pay for was for a ministry organization where I am a volunteer. Secondly the login system for this app is a wreck! I have to re-enter EVERYTHING each time I open the app, even within a few minutes after my screen times out. Because of that, I can't see myself using this app in a game (now that I've paid for it), because it will be too cumbersome in the midst of live game action. Definitely disappointed by an organization that has plenty of history and experience to make this work well.

It's ok.the design is dated and it has many bugs. Like, the "send suggestion" function sends to an email address that doesn't work. Every time I lock the tablet during the game, when I reopen I have to log back into the app. It doesn't keep me logged in, OR remember my name/password. Makes it basically useless.

Requires sign on each time you open it. If you are coaching multiple teams, it's easy to accidentally log out. Practice info is just PDF uploads (could make them clickable exercises with details and check mark). Games could easily be filled with their assigned color band so Coaches don't have to translate letters to colors.

Please update the app, so you don't have to enter a login every time. At least make it so you can save your username. Also, I cannot get the app to email the rosters. It's just blank every time.

Great app when it works. Almost ever time I use the app, I have to reset it. It would be great too if there was an option to keep logged in. It does make game days run smoothly once I get it working.

Roster shuffling very useful. Occasional app stops. Star chart helps especially to allow you to award multiple stars.

I have used this app for the past couple of years with no problems. this year..... cannot even get in. i have a game tomorrow and have to do it manually. can someone get me access please.

Pretty decent app for coaching Upward basketball but it has some quirks. If you're coaching Upward, I recommend it.

Won't open most of the time. Have to try a few times before it will. Don't like having to log in every time. Good App, just needs fine tuning.

It was difficult getting logged in at first. I do appreciate some of the changes. It's nice that the team info is input for me but I wish there was an option to be able to text all the parents. Also I can't rearrange the order of the ranking. After four practices it's very different from what it was on evaluation day. And one kid didn't go to evaluation so he's ranked last but should be in the middle. One of our best players had a bad evaluation and is ranked next to last. Can't use the gameday features.

I can see some value in this. It shows promise. But, I primarily got this for the easier communication with parents. However, I cannot get the email feature to work with my Outlook Mail app. I have finally decided that it will be easier to just type in email addresses on a computer.

Last year's app was awesome. The changes that were made are stupid. The rotation of kids is useless now. The old app told me exactly who/when to play each kid. Bring back the old rotation please!

Stops at practice week 5... And the games are all set up for 6 perids when we only play 4. Great Idea but poorly executed.

Average. Pdf practice guides are not convenient for a mobile app. Email to roster does not allow cc or bcc and no easy way to copy entire roster emails for tailored use. Also there should be a way to enter player and at the very least game scores and the opposing team names.

This app is useless now it was a great app. First wouldn't let me sign in then once I was granted permission to get in it won't let me create a team. Who knows what other bugs I will experience once I'm able to go onto farther steps.

This is a great app and very handy in the game and for prep ahead of time. The PDF documents are very well done. The rotation for the game time roster is excellent. I love it that it helps you email all the parents at once. Be sure to get your code from the local coordinator then log in--i use my Facebook account to log in. The app seems better than the desk top version my opinion.

Last couple of years, it has been fantastic. This year, invite code part is killing me!

Here is paid for the app and now I can't use it without an invite code. How do you get an invite code? I tried to email the developer for help and just got an email back saying the email is restricted. Useless!

The passcode doesn't stay on the screen long enough to write down so I can't get signed in.

App no longer usable....requires you to sign in with google or facebook id then requires a code not provided...horrible! I bought this and used it 4 years and now this! Very mad.

Big issue with the game roster. Can't count on it giving equal play time to each player.

I think you guys that have developed the app and work on updates, need to work on allowing the coaches to place multiple star colors with players. On some teams as mine the referees hand out the white stars, but then coaches hand out the other stars and some players get more than one star. There's no option to put more than one star with a player. Thanks for listening.

I have two sick kids that won't attend the game and I don't know how to remove them from the game day lineup.

Never received an invite code?? I can't even use the app because I was never given an invite code, very disappointed.

I wish I could see all the past game stars when handing out new ones. Great app that does the work for you instead of manual.

Worst app ever. Stole my $1.00 and doesn't work. Asks for an invite code but never provides one nor tells you how to get one. Basically a scam!!!

It won't download on my phone. It takes for ever to do anything and keep on asking me to enter a team, but it won't let me enter it. Very hard to work with it.

I can't even open this app any longer! What is the invite code? And where do I go to get one? Very frustrated...I count on this app to help me coach.

I am coaching 3 teams and can only view 1 team. I called tech support and they confirmed they are aware of the issue but wouldn't give a timeline for a repair. Hopefully this is repaired soon the season starts in a month.

I bought and paid for this app and have used it successfully for the past 2 years. Now I have to have some code to login? Where do I get this code? Not happy. :(
