Can't pay my card. Called the number and they told me to uninstall and download again. Did nothing. Still cannot pay card. App is useless

I had no problems before this new enrollment thing and the reps have no clue when you call

With the newest update there are way too many menus to go through just to access and manage my credit card account. Upon accessing the Summary page, if i want to go through full Web page, i have to then enter my account information again. This is really a pain in the ass. It's a great design/ layout, but get rid of all the menus. The point of having an app to manage my credit card is that once i click on the app, i want to directly access my credit card with the login information. Not click on 5 sub-menus to get to where i need to go.

Ever since the update I now have to go into the full website to pay my bill cause I can't do it through the app. When I called customer service they was no help, they actually said that they wasn't never associated with an app and I know there was cause that's how I paid my bill.

All I want to do is pay my card. It never accepts my password and the one on line let's me with no trouble at all. This app., is a waste of time.

This app is absolute garbage from the corporation that clearly purchased Union Plus, Abenity. They ought to be ashamed of this half-assed attempt to capitalize on shoddy advertising aimed at union members. The app is non-functional and misleading, and has scant support from it's creators. Yet another corporate entity that makes it's disdain for union members quite clear and obviously takes our consumer bloc for granted.

Used my email and password and it kept telling me invalid.....pain in the rear!

Since the update it erased my membership and I had to add all of my info again then it won't let me save it says needs 10 digit phone # but I did put in a ten digit number ????

Definitely would think who ever is in charge of this working App had forgotten All about it since the day they put it out. It doesn't seem concerning that so many have downloaded this App and til today still Not work. What a bad way to take care of us Union workers. I give this No stars.

Not very fluid. Its faster to use your Internet browser and navigate to the site than use this app.

I used to like the app but it logged me out for some reason and even if I choose "forgot password" and change it, it still doesn't work. When this issue is fixed I'll change my rating

Does not work very well on android. Got it on my sisters I phone and it worked fine. Don't put an app on Android if you can't get it to work right

Everytime I press app to open it won't open. I have to go through the android my apps then open it.

Can't log in but I used the same email, password on the Web and it worked fibe.

Same as everyone else, cannot log in & cannot register. I have uninstalled and changed my password, neither works. I had high hopes but it is a useless waste of space on my Galaxy Note 4! I would give no stars if possible since fixing the problem is not a priority for the makers of this app. The unions should realize that this is a reflection on them and if this is how they handle the app, how good are they at representing the workers who pay their salary?

App will mot let you register. Says server returned a message that cant be understood
