UNICEF Kid Power

After solving syncing issues which I had to email customer service about, we finally resolved that. Now after completing the first mission the band stopped charging. Plus it's rediculous that you have to buy a mission. We ended up returning it after so many problems. For $40 save your money.

I love this app and the Power Band. I sometimes have syncing problems where I have to delete the app and reinstall it. This time it didn't work and I am wondering why. Also, to anyone out there who has trouble making an account, you have to be an adult to make an account and then you can make kid accounts. A suggestion might be to let a kid make an account and ask for adult supervision.and walk through the steps. I still like this app when it works. Thanks! N

My sons love the app, love tracking their progress, and loves the idea of helping others. My only complaint, if it really is one, is my sons have done all the missions and really look forward to the new ones but hate waiting on them. Great, great app and concept!

Once the issue with the birthdates was resolved it appears that the app is good. They really should have said that you have to be over 13 to create an account. Then maybe people wouldn't be so frustrated with it not working.

The band erased all my progress over night before I synced it and I had 3 points I hadn't yet put on my phone. Plus it takes you over two thousand steps to earn a point. If they want u to earn over twenty five thousand steps for one food packet, u arent really "saving the world". Kids can die of hunger by the time u earn even lunch for them. How can u help the hungry if it takes so long? That is three days for an active person.

My daughter loves tracking her steps and progress. She loves syncing and seeing what she earns at the end of the night. Dislike that we have to pay for any additional missions. That is crazy!

Where to start? Sync issues, crashing issues, overall flow is clunky, and layout is not intuitive. I would give it half a star if possible.

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with each mission she completed. After 3 mission we find out the you have to buy missions. Very disappointed. Won't be buying any mission.

Not able to link more than once. That it cause in my class we are using these and we all wanted to use the at home app but we aren't able to cause ate teacher hooked it up to hers. Can you are them link to multiple accounts and soon?? Please respond

Do not purchase this product, this was a gift for my 5 yr old and I have not been able to sync the info to the app, I've had to reinstall the app 3 times.

Just changed it,linked it to my account and I cannot sinc my son's activity.

Help Me i forgot my password and they wont email it to me

It's really cool I wish it would let little kids do it I hate the age restriction

It's a good app and helps you run all day nor just stay in home eating

I though at first the app didn't work because when I entered my daughter's birthday the app kicked me back to the first screen. I found out that you need to enter your age and make the account for yourself then you can make a family account for a child who is under the age of 13 in the family account area. Hope this helps some people. Merry Christmas.

Loved It! I think it's a smart way to get active, when doing something good for others. I like it, but I have one problem. You have to move a LOT just to get one point. I had to take 4000 steps, just to earn one point. I like it and all, and I know your supposed to work out a lot, but 4000 Steps? That's a lot. But anyway, keep up the good work!

My son also got one of the bands for Christmas and we can't get the app to work. We tried two Android devices that are higher than 4.3 and for both once we put in his birthday and clicked continue it shot us back to the first screen.

I tried to put my birthday in but it sent me back to the home screen. I got it for christmas and I don't want my mom and dad to be sad. They would be sad because they wasted there money on something useless. I don't want to hurt the creaters feelings, but it does not work. Please make some changes in the app.

Got for my daughter for Christmas. Downloaded the app. Checked to make sure I have a compatible device and every time I open the app to set her up the app closes. I don't want to take it back but if it doesn't work it's pointless

READ...This will HELP YOU ...PROBLEM "enter your birthday then press continue; then returns you to the first "New user" screen." SOLUTION...found that you have to use an adult (parent) birthday for the initial setup of the account, then add a family member (child)...working now!

I got the band for Christmas, and I press "new user", I enter my birthday, and I press continue. But then it goes back to the starting screen.

Overall I think the unicef power band and app is great! Though the only thing I have a problem with is that you have to buy new missions and am not going to buy them. So could you please change something about that please?

I am so excited to have my boys being active, yet also being active for not just their health but for he health of others. However, the app won't accept anyone under the age of 12 to register. So I then registered one of my son's watches on my phone, it asked for a parent to register it. I tried to link another band to my phone account and it won't let me. On my other son's tablet I gave it my birthday and it started the registration but then it crashed. You really need to get this app working.

Does not work! Edit***Instead of putting the kids birthday, I put mine then the app worked. It sets up a family account. I put my info first then add the kids as users.

Cannot get to work on the app. I am in a content loop the says app has stopped working. Guess I should have gone ahead and paid a couple $ more for the FITBIT or Garmin. If I cannot get it working by Monday back they go. All my kids asked for was a activity tracker....

My daughter received the watch for Christmas but we cannot get app to work on android devices

Cant register, cant get the band to work, my daughter was really excited to get this band but all its been is a headache. Returning it, cheap product.

I bought this as a gift for my son but I can't get past the birthday on the app. There is no support on the website

It won't let me enter in the date of the birthday. It stops working and says unfortunately the app has stopped. The problem was not the age, the problem was I couldn't even enter the age without it stopping the app, and saying the app has stopped working

My daughter was so excited to get this, as she's very active and couldn't wait to "help feed kids who don't have food", but I can't get past the start page of the app - site crashes when I get to the birthdate page (before I can even enter a date)...help!

My son was given a band for xmas from his grandmother, but app will not let me register. Keeps sending me to home page after entering birthdate.
