Application would help to ensure tracking of beneficiary for proper health care and promote family planning methods being adopted by them. System also facilitates to ensure timely delivery of full competent of antenatal, postnatal & delivery services and tracking of children for complete immunization services. Still There are Some Issues in that, 1. We are unable to capture the photos, for existing ECs,PW and Child 2. Re- Registration(in RCH Portal) is not working 3. In Some tabs Once PW is delivered, that record is not appear in ( Child List with or without Child ID). In new version app it shows more abortions. One Records uploaded form ANMOL, it shows successfull uploaded, But in reports we are unable to see that records DEO from Nagari Cluster , Chittoor Dist. AP
