About POMeTIME
POMeTIME is a cloud based Android application used to manage employee schedules and hours worked.

An easy to use solution, POMeTIME allows managers to:
* Schedule employee hours
* View which employees are clocked in, on a break or have left for the day - all color coded
* Assign default departments, tasks and locations of work
* Allow employees to change departments, tasks and locations as needed
* Track breaks and lunches
* Allow off-site employees to clock in/out using a remote tool
* Manually add/edit an employee's punch
* Export data for payroll processing
Reports include:
* Time sheets for hours worked
* Regular and double overtime
* Split shift penalty reports (where applicable)
* Break and lunch penalty reports (where applicable)
* Labor analysis reports by department, task and location
Other customization:
* Allow employees to clock in/out using an ID and password, QR code or finger print. During QR code clock in, the app takes a picture of the employee clocking in/out to prevent friends clocking in for each other.
* Automatic sync for new employees added in the cloud
* When clocking out, employees can write a comment for the manager to view
* 12h or 24h formatting

We are designing an employee account. Each employee will be assigned a log in and password that will allow them to:
* View all time sheets
* Request time off
* Write private messages to the manager
* Clock in/out
* Wages earned during a period (taxes not deducted)
* Expected wages earned during a period
POMeTIME is a great tool for any business.
Please note that this is not a payroll processing app. It is only a time management app. For payroll processing, we export payroll data to any payroll processing company.
