「腦友導航」手機應用程式由東華三院社會服務科區域辦事處(東區/中西區)製作，專為認知障礙症患者及照顧者而設的程式，包括以下六大功能：

認識。我
「被關注者」或未能清楚表達自己，此功能可展示其基本資料、健康狀況及日常喜好，讓醫護人員、院舍職員及其他照顧者，即時掌握被關注者的資訊，促進關係建立。

定位追蹤
照顧者可定位追蹤「被關注者」身處的位置，並隨時發出慰問，以掌握「被關注者」最新狀況。


用藥提示
讓照顧者整理「被關注者」的用藥時間及內容，並以響鬧提醒用者定時用藥。輸入內容包括藥物名稱、種類、份量及用藥時間等，當中更設照片上載功能，藥物圖樣一目了然，令用藥更為準確。

尋人功能
讓照顧者透過本程式發放失蹤長者的資料，動員社區網絡，協助長者早日平安回家。

智晴寶「認知訓練」
挑選了訓練教材「智晴寶」中的三個記憶認知遊戲：眾裡尋「他」、圖案對對碰及社區生活排次序，讓使用者隨時隨地動動腦筋，訓練記憶、專注力及自理能力。

生活實用貼士
家居提示貼分為睡房篇、浴室篇、廚房篇及其他標貼，供照顧者下載。張貼在合適的地方，能給予「被關注者」生活上的提示，協助他們準確地識別各地方及物品。 "Brain Friends navigation" apps (Eastern / Western) produced by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Community Services Regional Office, designed for cognitive disorder patients and caregivers and established programs, including the following six functions:
