Any fix? After re-installation sound can be heard. This app deserves the full 5 stars! One more issue: how can I sort alphabetically the list of saved songs? This becomes a drag for browsing through a large list. It looks like there is not any support for this software.

This is a fantastic app but I can't read music or adc. Is there any way of adding tabs to this. Thanks for app.

Invaluable

I imported a big abc file to My Tunes. How do I ever delete individual tunes or clear out My Tunes?

Useful app...BUT Sometimes I can't stop it playing and then can get several tunes playing at once. Also, the countdown feature doesn't work.

Happily paying to support the developer. If you're an Irish musician this is a must.

Good app for some of the things it does, but some gaps, one or two things other apps can do that it can't, such as download an abc file from the web. My main gripe right now is that the documentation says you can sort your My Tunes list, e.g. by source or other criteria. But I can't find any way to do this - running the Android version on both a Nexus 7 and a Samsung Galaxy phone. Some of the reviews talk about it crashing when people try to organize the My Tunes list, so maybe they got further than I did - I see no way to do this at all, except for changing the order of tunes in the list with a drag and drop. Surely that was not all that the developers meant by "you can sort the list"? Will someone enlighten me please!

I've been using this so for years. It searches through most ABC sources and can find nearly every tune if played *closely*.

I've installed it on my phone, tablet, on the penny whistle itself, in the dog, EVERYWHERE! The only thing it doesn't do is nag me to practice.

This is ASTOUNDING. For years I've struggled to find names for tunes that I couldn't identify; this does it in moments, with links to online sources for scores. Whether I'm trying to identify a tune in a recorded medley or just trying to remember the name of something that I'm playing on fiddle, this thing does an amazing job...so far, it has identified every single thing I've thrown at it. It's a real game-changer for Irish trad musicians... Wow.

Used to work for me and be an essential, but it won't open anymore.. Been through several updates and no luck, any word on a fix? Otherwise would've been 5 stars!

Whenever I try to reorganise my tunes the app freezes or crashes.

I applaud those getting results with this app. I keep trying at Irish sessions, on YouTube or with CDS playing and get either no results (not enough notes recognized) or totally incorrect results. The search goes on

From tune identification to slowdown playback to sheet music display ... Does it all pretty well....... A real Swiss army knife

This is one of the only APPs a traditional musician will need. Add up the price of the books you would have to buy to have such a vast and knowlegdable library in your pocket and it's a rhetorical question. Buy it. Keep trad out of the hands of the elite. #scatsyman

Tune Pal

This is probably the most useful app I own and has helped develop my playing. It's great to be able to build a tunebook and play back at slower speeds. However, would it be possible to add a count-in for playback and not just recording? It's frustrating to miss the first couple of beats after pressing Play. Ignore Repeats option would be handy too. Great app altogether though!

since getting a new device (Acer iconia) tunes are not downloading, there is no dialogue to save to my tunes

Great for finding and learning tunes. Please include an option to disable the trills/rolls in the midi playback though - they sound awful at lower playback tempos. I dont read music or abc so I like to be able to play along slowly with the midi when working out a tune, but anything with ornamentation is ruined!

Really good, but for some reason it opens pdfs on my phone by default rather than a pdf reader. Please, please fix this problem if you can

Remarkably accurate. Some duds now and then, but overall, a very impressive piece of work. This is the first app I reload after getting a new handset.

Love it. All it needs now is a simple recorder that plays half speed!

This is the first app I bought for andriod. Out of the 65 tunes I played in to it, it found 55. I didn't even tweak any settings. Great app!

This is fantastic! Th only thing I would change is to have all the screens able to use landscape orientation (rec screen, particularly). Well done!

Really cool concept but does not recognize voice and had issues on my mesmerize.

Absolutely love this app. If your one of those "gan ainm" people like me then its a must have.
