I was hoping for this price the app would be up and functioning. There are only 9 audios. The sleep tracker is still on April and I can't even change it. A bit disappointed for this price really. The book is better....Hopefully this app will get updated soon. Thanks

I downloaded the app last weekend. I opened it and completed the quiz. The app then gave me a message of " Unfortunately, Sleep School has stopped". How can I repair this, or can I have my money back please?

First the content: I have struggled with insomnia over the past three years. The concept of the sleep school is not rocket science and it's not a quick fix. But it has worked in a way nothing else has for me, and not for want of trying. Dr meadows: diagnosis successful. I highly recommend it. The app itself is pretty, but has issues - the interface can be non intuitive and cumbersome, and there are frequent force closes. The animations are nice. But it's worth persevering for the content.

This app can be used on its own or alongside the book. I think it is most powerful alongside the book. It turns traditional cbt on its head and allows you to just behave normally. Then it gives daily practices to help you learn to accept things as they are, which ultimately teaches your brain not to fight sleep any more. The app itself works well, but I've had problems with the sleep tracker and not being able to advance the month.

Wow! What a wonderful aid to achieving natural sleep! The short, fun, engaging animations help me understand the processes which keep me UP, entangled in struggle with thoughts, feelings and urges to sleep. Then Guy warmly leads me through simple, easy exercises to simply notice thoughts, letting them come and go. More challenging, but beautifully done, Guy shows us ways to open up to anxious and other painful feelings, and the urges that come with them. Lessening their power, allowing natural sleep to come, or not. No longer scared of sleep, or NOT, and gradually, slowly, surely, letting my body do its thing. Thanks Sleep School!
