TGram Wear is a messaging App that let you send messages using voice commands or text inputs to your contacts using Telegram's code

TGram Wear, uses the official Telegram code with some modifications that prepare a list of users to use on your Android Wear so you can watch your contact list and send voice and text messages to your Telegram contacts.
