I've been trying to check my account for 4 days now and still have not been able to do so. Log in takes 5 mins then when i wanna check my account it just shows a loading symbol and doesn't load i have tryed it multiple times a day for the last 4 days. Glitches need to be fixed. Nothing was wrong with the old way.
I've tried using the mobile deposit feature for the past year with a 50% success rate. Since the latest update it's been totally useless. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
For a bank you would think the app would be more efficient, but it's terrible. It takes days for transaction to post. It states an original balance and an availability. Why does it do that? I just need to know how much is in my account and what the transaction is. I am constantly trying to check my account and find out why I have that much left, but it won't give me any information as to what transactions have been made.
They recently made a lot of great improvements to the app, but the other day it went down for a day or two. Ever since it came back up, it is incredibly slow. After 20 minutes, on three separate occasions, in three different locations, using Wi-Fi, my account information still would not load.
TERRIBLE!!! You took a system that was working well and replaced it with a useless one..I was looking to review a statement from 2 months ago but that option is no longer available, so I had to call the bank, wait to spoken to and had to be prepared to give the exact amount or they could not check for me. What a mistake changing to this system I may have to change banks, also the print is very very small.
To begin with I would have only rated the app 2-3 stars for being clunky and unintuitive, but now, after being down for routine maintenence the app no longer works. It takes so long to view your balances or make a mobile deposit that the app will actually auto log out from inactivity before you get what you want. Ps if you're going to make mobile deposit a separate app, please make it so that the tfcu app doesn't auto log out while you're trying to make a deposit in the other app and cancel the transaction
I hate seeing all the accounts like that. There should be a way to quick view main accounts.
I keep log in to my account to check my balance and every time it just log me out. The app sucks wouldn't recommend it to anyone
In Feb. 2015 I filled a dispute with my bank teachers federal credit union in the amount of $1200.00+ they told me my card was present at the time of the sale at some type of furniture store or warehouse in question. So they could no file it as fraud they would have to file it as a merchant dispute and that can take up to 200+ days. As of 3 days ago they finally answered back to me with the respond of my claim has been denied. So I called them and asked them why has my claim been denied and if I can speak with there ATM department. they could not give me a answer and said no I could not speak with anyone for the ATM department. Then they go on to tell me my documents submitted did not support my claim. Which does not make any sense at all because the transaction was fraud I never been to the merchant, so I tell them can you provide me with a receipt or even a invoice from the merchant if its not fraud as your claiming. They said after making me wait 6 months no we do not have to provide you anything. Now please tell sense when is a consumer not entitled a right to documents proving that something is not fraud of the financial institutions investigation of the claim.
Please bring back old site. I can't see my Bill pays that I've paid in the past as well as seeing the ones I'm scheduling. I hate the layout. I hate the fact it only goes back 60 days on the account.
When ever I go to check my account it tells me I successfully loged off please fix
Login takes way too long and viewing account information is almost as painful as waiting for dial up internet connection. Stick to the desktop version for online banking.
I have not been able to log in for weeks now.
Now says i need an internet connection - which i do have already.
Sometimes might get a error once logged on but overall it does what it should

Ever since the update on MLK weekend I can't access my account. It takes forever. Transferring funds?...don't even try

Omg can it look more appealing
This is without a doubt the worst application I have ever used, of any kind. It continually loops through the sign in page, not giving any errors. It refuses to acknowledge a correct security code word regardless of the accuracy of the entry, and it rejects perfectly good images of checks 40% of the time. It's like playing roulette every time you open the app, but the odds of success are much worse.
Same user ID and password as on the old software and the website etc., but this new software won't log me in. It says bad user/password. Even that seems buggy.
Does not allow you to deposit checks. Worst banking app ever. Td banks app Worked for me with the same phone. Using lg g5. I even contacted the bank and they couldn't help.
Mobile deposit is a great addition.

Fix the login issues with this app. I have to login 50 times before I actually login, and the website about half the time I put in the four letter security word it doesn't accept it.
Please help me make mobile deposits on my new phone!!
New login screen is good. Much better experience than before.

Is it too much to ask that a bank would also remember to make sure it's mobile app works when a system update is done? It's a mobile age and TFCU is again left behind. I have been trying for 4 straight days now and their mobile banking app is broken with no fix insight. It went from being a decent app to a useless one in a day. What a disaster!!
