TChat for Twitch

This is basically the better Twitch client. It has BTTV and FFZ support, cleaner UI than the official client, and supports (Chrome)casting more properly. If the ads annoy you it's because the ad removal 'fee' is worth the asking price. If there's a way to set the video quality to Auto on either normal viewing or casting, I'm all set. Otherwise everything else is golden.

Hey, loving the application, I've noticed that whenever I try to watch a stream through your application it stays at a black screen (nothing else happens), how do I fix this problem? EDIT: No audio was played either but the problem no longer persists anyway, thanks for the help.

The app is great i finally found a way to use bttv emotes on my phone. However there is one major downside to the app. There is a significant delay between the chat and the actual stream. I couldn't find anyway to prevent it and I never had this problem with the twitch app or twitch.tv. The delay is about 10-15 seconds and it has nothing to do with my Internet speed or twitch itself. I see the chat respond to something and 10 seconds later I see what they are responding too. If you could fix this problem this app would be perfect.

This use to be great and the ads were non invasive but now it's annoying as hell with the ads. I'd pay to not have them or have pro version but with recent update to how ads are, I am currently finding another app to use

Ever since the last update, text doesn't wrap around anymore when typing. Will give 5 stars and full review when fixed. On Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

I love this app and use it daily. I usually watch Twitch on my TV via Roku and use this app to interact with chat. TChat let's one view just the chat, play audio or watch the entire stream. It organizes emotes well and also supports BTTV and FFZ emotes. The developer is very responsive to feedback, quick to fix any bugs and frequently adds new features. TChat provides the best mobile Twitch experience. Give it a try!

I like the app but there's this problem I have with the audio being choppy as all hell when I am casting it on my chromecast , lowered the quality of the streams and it's still choppy,and on rare occasions it would just freeze up , any help with this? Fix? (Tried on a smart Samsung TV & a Roku TV because it looks better quality)

Can't login with my twitch account, the Login section is just blank. I would be glad to have some support on this. EDIT: Great support, really reliable. Quick reply and really helped me finding what was wrong. 10/10 would have a problem again

Wonderful and light weight. There are a lot of options and flexibility. I love doing audio only and hearing my streams throughout the day. This app is great for streamers too. You'll always stay connected to any chat, including your own. Don't listen to the haters. The app is full featured for free. It's worth it to pay a little to get those ads out so you can unlock your phone and jump into chat faster. This is also a great app if you have a poor data plan. You can just do chat, low resolution video, audio only, etc. There are a lot of options for whatever your situation way be.

I installed this program because twitch chat doesnt always work ij its mobile app. The chat in Tchat tho works wonderfully. Things that the program could improve: video should be open by default, no full screen ads pls, UI is a bit confusing to use

When will devs understand people hate full screen ads. Banner ads inside the app is no issue. But the forced full screen ads at every time you go in and out of app focus is extremely annoying. I never pay for ad removal on apps with full screen ads as I'm SO against them, it reminds me of old day internet with pop up ads in internet explorer. Dev is evil.

So the main reason I am using this app like everyone else, it displays all of the emotes including the bttv emotes in the chat. My main issue is that it is unable to be made full screen while the phone is in portait mode which is really annoying. I have to turn on 'auto-rotate' for it to go full screen, then I have to worry about the angle of the phone bringing​ the player out of full screen. I don't get why the full screen button is visible on screen but is greyed out and has no functionality. Also when the player is on full screen and I double tap to bring the chat up. The player doesn't take up the whole left side of the phones screen like it should​. There are two black bars on the top and bottom of the player. This is only an issue because when the chat is brought out the player is fairly small and hard to see so any increase in size would help a lot.

Nevermind I didn't see that there's an option to pay to remove ads! I enjoy this app as its the only one that let's me mute streams while I listen to music or fall asleep to! Update: I love the color customization I wish more apps did this!

Recently this app has gone waaayyy downhill. Advertisements are overwhelming and very intrusive, app crashes at least 3 times per 6 hour period, re-opening the app at any point forces a full screen advertisement that some times even hides the close the advertisement x after a few moments. Quality has been constantly degrading. The only reason it's not a 1 star at this point is because it's still the best option I know of. I will say I am actively looking for an alternative now. What a shame... Edit: got a cookie cutter response on advertisements but nothing on the fact the app crashes multiple times a session now. Everyone understands you need advertising to support development, but the advertisements in question have issues and are far too invasive and frequent and even with all the advertisements everywhere the app has been going down in quality. A few months back the app never crashed now it crashes 3 or so times per session. The quality continues to fall at daybreak levels of bad...

Pretty good app overall, its like having BetterTTV in the phone or tablet, watching streams with it is way better than its previous versions and its night mode awesome, it still need a bit of polish, but it's a huge improvement since the first time I tried the app.

It's suddenly got awful, player keeps freezing, emotes never display.

the app is ok the only down side is the login i can't log in my account it keeps on closing when i logging it. please fix this so that i will change my 2 star to 5 star ty.!!

Best twitch streaming app with mod support. Plus great emoji support with ffz and bttv. Could use gamewisp emjoi support to help small streamers.

It works pretty well, but the full screen ads suck but I expect that from the free app. The only real issue (if you could call it that) is that it doesn't allow you to subscribe/resubscribe to channels like the twitch chat.

Love the new, minimal text input field. Very nicely done in a short time! I'll keep poking around for more possible improvements

This app is getting a lot better and less buggy every update, well done. I use this app almost daily and it's always been easy to use and functional.

The app itself is great, but the adds in the free version are obnoxious, and very frequent(appearing every time you go back to the app with a full screen add)

Personlly I think it's a great but one thing I'd like to see added is the FFZ add on pack which allows you to see gamewisp sub badges and emotes

Great app! Great features like popout player, external player, sleep timer. Chat is very customizable as well. Very responsive developer too.

The sheer amount of adds on this app is a real turn off, but the chat is a significant improvement over Twitch's App
