About Med Life

This simple application computes the time it takes to reach a stable amount of a molecule given the intake amount and frequency.

This has been designed for a certain number of antidepressant, anxyolitic and main benzodiazepines. It also computes the required time to eliminate the molecule.

Results can be computed for other medicine provided you know the half life time of the molecule.

If you want other molecules to be added to the database, please ask for it.

VERY useful for people on the medications in the list - I would love to be able to enter my own medications and half-lives though. A great app!

Determines serum levels without any issues I am starting a new drug regimen (primidone) and wanted to get an idea of how to gradually ramp up my dosage. What's going on inside me? This android app helps figure this out. The pictures are in French, and the software has been updated since the picture, so that both the short half-life, and long half-life, can be entered. (The picture shown a previous version where only a single (average?) half life can be entered.) The results are presented on 2 pages (each with its own OK button), showing the serum levels for the short half-life, and then for the long half-life. Each person is presumed to be somewhere inbetween, depending on their physiology. Nicely done. Free with no ads!
